Perez Hilton loses advertisers over Miley Cyrus upskirt photo

Apparently we weren’t the only ones watching when Perez Hilton tweeted that photo of Miley Cyrus getting out of a car. Now that the backlash has hit Perez, his advertisers are thinking twice about paying him for his services. I knew it was bound to trickle down eventually!

The world showed its outrage following our post and it was in agreement: Perez Hilton is garbage and should be jailed for violating the child pornography laws in tweeting the link to the uncensored photo. The outrage was so apparent that even Perez himself made a “I’m not stupid and don’t want to go to jail” video.

Now that everyone is still in an uproar over the photo, his advertisers have reportedly yanked ads which were featured on his high-profile website.

MSNBC reports:

A rep for ABC Daytime confirms that a rotating banner ad promoting “The View” was pulled from the celebrity blogger’s website, PerezHilton.com.

At press time, earlier reports that MTV pulled ads for TV Land were confirmed to be untrue, but one well-placed source within ABC said that it’s not out of the realm of possibility that more advertisers could follow ABC’s lead.

    He knew better than to do that, but he did it anyways, forgetting that she was under age. If it were Britney Spears or something, that would be different because she's over 18, but since Miley's only 17, he f-cked up big time.

    It is difficult for anyone to remember that Miley Cyrus is actually only 17 years old (underage).
    Though it is completely wrong of Perez to do that, Miley Cyrus is constantly putting herself out there anyways.
    I think Perez made an honest mistake.

    "Perez" and "honest" don't belong in the same sentence. Sure, Miley Cyrus is well on her way to trampdom, but if what Hilton did was illegal, throw the book at him! He's a scumbag, and if this is what finally takes him down, good!

    Right and while they are throwing him in jail for that photo, they should prosecute the different men in their 20's she has been dating since she was 15, I'm pretty sure they saw allot as well.
