Perez Hilton posts uncensored Miley Cyrus upskirt photo

Perez Hilton is such an idiot. He got ahold of a picture of Miley Cyrus’ hoohah and posted it on his official Twitter account UNCENSORED. Apparently this fool doesn’t realize that Miley is still only seventeen-years-old, mostly wholesome- not someone requiring drug addiction help …either that, or he just doesn’t care.

It’s definitely child pornography, considering the fact that he decided that the photo should be made available for mass consumption. So sickening. I hope he gets sued or arrested for this mess.

He tweeted, “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here [REDACTED FOR OBVIOUS REASONS] Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”

Idiot.

    Not saying what he's doing is right… but it's funny how slutty a lot of girls dress and they act upset and embarrassed when this kind of thing happens.

    Miley has been trying desperatetly to drop the Disney label by mock frenching a girl in concert among a few other things. If you are 17 and go out in public without underwear you may be secretly hoping that some photographer would catch the million dollar snapshot to catapolt her to sex symbol status.
    The consequences of her actions is that the photogrpaher and the PerezHilton played along with her silly game, albeit unknowingly. If someone suggested she try this stunt and they were over 18 then they were contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Legally they are responible for their actions and must answer to the laws designed to protect minors.

    Morally, Miley is responsible. She is old enough to know that leaving the house without underwear, then making a very obvious move to expose yourself is very stupid. I bet she is going to release a statement saying that underwear makes her uncomfortable. No one will believe her.
    The law states that anyone under the age of 18 is not mature enought to understand the consequences of their actions. However, a working 17 year old who deals frequently with media contracts would surely have first hand knowledge of what photographs could and could not be taken of her. This stunt was obviously the brain child of a (I hope not) soon to become Lindsay Lohan wannabe, but that does not excuse the photographer or any adult for their actions.
    I hope someone presses charges for indescent exposure of they could make it stick. Teach 'em young to repsect the law and to be morally responsible public figures.
