Heidi Montag is a “singer” who has just released her latest album, “Superficial”. Now, it’s her who is superficial, after going through with a reported ten surgeries in one day.

Here’s what she looks like post-surgeries. She’s pretty, but she was pretty before the surgery. And she’s only 23-years-old. What kind of approval is she desperately seeking at this age?

It’s too bad they can’t surgically enhance her singing “talent”.

    OMG! Heidi was sooooo pretty before all this! like she shouldnt listen to anybody and she shouldnt care what people think, no matter how much you get hurt by all the people against you. you shouldnt have done this. i mean you are still pretty but i liked your natural look better, and its costed you so much just to look like.. plastic! this is for anyone else reading this ..if you dont think your as pretty as someone else you see on t.v or you think surgery will help, dont do it, you are beautiful no matter what! you dont need surgery to boost your self confidence. because in the end you will see that it was a big mistake and regret it, and i know heidi doesnt regret it now, but in time she will.

    She was so pretty before her surgeries! She had a natural beauty that a lot of people would kill for…. now, well, she's just like every other person in front of the camera (FaKe)! Sorry Heidi, but you should have discussed the surgeries with your family and friends first. I'm sure if Spencer really cared about you, you would still be the nautral beauty that you once were.
