Michael Jackson is featured on the cover of “Paris Match” magazine, with Dr. Conrad Murray on the inset photo, seemingly while visiting his grave site.

Sad, still. He may only get four years for the death of MJ.

    The charges against Murray should be increased to include Wrongful Death and Professional Malpractice, both of which he clearly is guilty by his own admission. A "possible" four-year sentence doesn't begin to cover the punishment this sleazy peprson deserves. Law enforcement officials were not nearly so kind or lenient when they were accusing Jackson.

    You are getting a head of the US legal system. The judge has to recommend the case for trial. There is no guarantee of a guilty verdict. Even if he is convicted, he might just get probation. I highly doubt he would get more than 2 years. He may be found not guilty because the jury thinks it is just malpractice. The US justice system is very lenient on medical doctors.

    I think it's insulting of the editor of this magazine to include a photo of Michael Jackson's killer along with the cover photo of MJ. Where is the honor in that? Yes, Saralee, you are correct. The US treats doctors like gods in this country. This is why more than 100K people die each year from medical mistakes. Yet few doctors or hospitals actually pay a stiff penalty. In Michael's case, there wasn't just gross negligence, but an intent to cover up. Regardless of which side one is on, there is not denying that not one single medical expert when questioned by the media has said they would have administered six different sedatives to a patient. Nor would they have given a dangerous drug like propofol in a home setting. We still haven't heard the truth about what happened in his home. Sadly, I'm not sure if we ever will. :(
