If Tish Cyrus would’ve really spanked the crap out of Miley when she was Noah’s age, we might not be seeing her strut her stuff in the latest hooker attire, like we are today.

This could’ve averted an entire “Can’t be tamed” movement for Miley. And who knew that all it could’ve taken was a simple spanking – or eighty.
