Simon Monjack, the husband of the late Brittany Murphy is seeking $1,000 donations if you want to be among the crowd at this event honoring his wife.
On February 4, 2010, from 6:30-9:30pm, you can attend the launch of the Brittany Murphy Foundation, which is reportedly dedicated to arts and education for children.
A source has revealed that he is suggesting dollar amounts ranging from $1,000 for individuals to 10,000 per corporations to attend the event.
The event takes place at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills. The address is: 8440 Wilshire Blvd. Beverly Hills, CA 90211. RSVP at rsvp@Brittanymurphyfoundation.org and donate at donate@brittanymurphyfoundation.org.

This all would have went down better if Simon would have left this to Brittany’s mother to handle. Now it looks like he’s asking for handouts because he’s broke.
