Teresa & Joe Giudice accused of bankruptcy fraud

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa and husband Joe Giudice filed for chapter seven bankruptcy in October 2009. Since, Roberta A. DeAngelis, the US Trustee overseeing the petition has filed an adversary complaint to prevent the discharge of the bankruptcy.
Apparently, the two were hiding assets and didn’t claim them on the schedules listed, under penalty of perjury. Also, they have Teresa listed as unemployed, yet earning “income” from Bravo, in the amount of $3,333.33, monthly.
