Contrary to popular belief, Miley Cyrus actually does own a pair of pants. Who knew?
The teen singer was seen performing three songs at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on Monday Night. She sang, Can’t Be Tamed, My Heart Beats For Love and Party In The USA for the crowd.

At least she’s dressing a little more conservatively, even if it does look like she needs to pull her pants up some.
