Earsucker.com has learned that Disney princess Demi Lovato is set to leave rehab starting next week!

The singer/actress is currently being treated in an unknown rehab facility in Illinois and, after successfully completing the program, is set to leave at the beginning of February.

A source said, “Demi has been making big changes in her life, and is excited about what the future holds. She will be getting out very soon.”

Demi entered rehab after quitting the Jonas Brothers tour last year and allegedly punching her backup dancer, Alex Welch. She has since settled the matter with Alex, but the terms of the arrangement have been kept private.

Demi is rumored to be going on tour this year.

During a recent photo shoot, teen singer Justin Bieber was caught in the act! — Of sending shirtless photos of himself to his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

A source said, “Justin was talking to the stylist, asking her to take sexy pictures of him for his girlfriend. He was just being cute about it, joking around, but he definitely wanted to look good for this girl.”

How does she know it was Selena??? She added, “He never said the name Selena, but we knew who it was.”

Last night, Earsucker.com exclusively reported that there was a bit of controversy surrounding the latest issue of Us Weekly. The reason? The issue in question featured Elton John and his partner David Furnish on the cover. They were debuting their adorable son, Zachary and some complaints were lodged with the grocery store’s management. The manager then made the decision to place a “family shield” over the cover of the issue.

A customer, Jennifer Huddleston, snapped a photo of the shield, covering the Elton John baby issue. It caused such a rage on the internet that the store decided to remove the shield. Now, they’ve issued a statement on the matter, on their official website:

We have received a number of complaints regarding an incident in our Mountain Home store involving the current issue of US Weekly Magazine depicting Elton John, David Furnish and their newborn son. I would like to explain how this happened. For many years we have provided each of our stores with shields which can be used at the manager’s discretion to cover the front of magazines when they receive complaints from our customers regarding either the photo on the cover of the magazine or the titles of articles contained within the magazine. Sometimes those photos might be sexually provocative or too revealing. The magazine article titles might also be too suggestive for some customers.

In this case our store manager received some complaints and, as has been our custom, placed the shield over the cover of the magazine. When we began receiving complaints at our corporate office, we reviewed the magazine in question, removed the shield and are selling the magazine in all our locations today without any shield.

Our true intention is not to offend anyone in our stores and this incident happened at just one of our 65 locations, which when brought to our attention, we reversed.

Also of note, are several Twitter messages with regard to the original story. One Twitter user by the name of Greg, tweeted this, “i’ve worked at harps forever. those things never move. different cover for each checkout lane. it was covering this” and “http://twe.ly/_iq before that one. dont jump to conclusions.” The link actually points to Us Weekly’s January 10th issue, featuring a scantily clad Jennifer Lopez on the cover.

Another person on Twitter point this out, “I was a cashier @ a Fayetteville #Harps in high school. Ppl complained about magazine covers CONSTANTLY.”

Of course, we’re not printing their names, but it’s just to say that there are obviously two sides to every story. Not to play the devil’s advocate here, but when a grocery store gives their managers protocols to follow with regard to customer complaints, I’m sure they follow the rules to a T. It was a disgusting move, but just because the population of a small area is homophobic, it doesn’t mean that the store itself is. To offset the offense created by this matter, customers should go into Harps and complain about completely stupid covers so they have to “shield their young customers”.

Someone’s gotta think of the children!

Bret Michaels had surgery yesterday on his heart to repair a hole and is now recovering at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

His rep said, “Bret is in good spirits and Kristi has been by his side.”

Before the surgery, Bret said, “Physically, I’ve been through more blood tests than I care to mention. Mentally, I’ve talked to my daughters about it. I said I have to go through this operation, but everything is going to be great.”

Bret has remained positive about the whole thing, saying, “It’s going to be a positive operation. It’s actually going to make me feel better.”

We’re just glad that he’s okay! Stay well, Bret!!

According to Globe magazine, the real reason that Regis Philbin is walking away from his show, Live With Regis & Kelly is because he’s dying.

How mad would you feel if you found out that the whole relationship may be a figment of all of our imaginations? Seriously, these two only really met up for a coffee date once and then they went apple picking. Then they were the new “it” couple. Take a step back now. Did either of them actually confirm any romance between them? Sure, we’ve seen the photo of them walking down a street and her arm is around him, but that could be a friendly gesture only.

You see, there is no real concrete evidence that these two were actually an item. So that brings me to the “why”. Why would they make something like this up? Well, we’ve already covered why Taylor would want to do that. When people feel sorry for her, for some unknown reason, they run out to the store and buy up her music. And then there’s Jake. Why would Jake fake it? Of course there’s the obvious “he’s gay” rumors (which I think are false, of course.) And then there’s the movie he was trying to promote, Love And Other Drugs.

Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy have reportedly gotten engaged, secretly! A source revealed that the happy couple, who are expecting their first child together, had an intimate dinner in London on Monday night, to celebrate!

An inside snitch said, “It was an intimate party. They kept their engagement secret as they wanted to celebrate with their nearest and dearest before it became public knowledge.”

If this news is true and they are engaged, then congratulations are in order!

The couple have been dating for roughly nine months and she is currently around 14 weeks pregnant. This will be a second child for the actress. She shares a son, Ryder, with Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson.

Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus really got close on the set of their upcoming movie, LOL.

The two stars met on the set of the movie, with Demi playing the mother of Miley’s character. When asked about her co-star, Demi had nothing but good words for the Disney starlet. She said, “She’s adorable. I love her. We text all the time still. She’s a great girl with a great heart.”

And she’s not the only one defending Miley, her co-star Thomas Jane said she’s a classy lady. He also revealed how much time Miley devoted to hanging out with his daughter, Harlow Olivia.

According to new reports, Ashley Greene might just become Mrs. Joe Jonas!

From what we understand, the Jonas brother gave his girlfriend a commitment ring, prompting speculation that an engagement ring might not be too far off!

They’ve only been dating for a few months, but Joe Jonas is so smitten with Ashley Greene that he has already given her a commitment ring. Ashley, 23, has been flaunting a stunning diamond ring since the holidays, and she recently told friends that it was a gift from Joe, 21.

“It’s a gorgeous ring from Tiffany, but it’s not an engagement ring”, the friend reveals. “It has numerous diamonds in the shape of a flower set in platinum. Of course she completely loves it. They are adorable together.”
