There’s a topless photo floating out there on the internets that a celebrity website is claiming to be country singer Taylor Swift. The website in question is Celeb Jihad and they’ve posted a snap of a Taylor lookalike with the title, “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?” on August 17, 2011.

Apparently her people have gotten ahold of the news and are waging war against the website. Taylor is claiming that she was wrongly identified in the nude picture that the website has posted and is prepared to take them to court!

TMZ reports:

Swift’s lawyers are pissed — and fired over a letter to the site demanding it take down the post immediately … or else she’ll sue for trademark infringement.

In the letter, Team Swift says the site contains, “false pornographic images and false ‘news” about the singer.

A rep for the site tell us the blog is considering it’s options. Swift’s people had no comment.

Teen singer Justin Bieber has revealed that his girlfriend Selena Gomez’s dog doesn’t like him!

There are a gazillion fans of the Biebz out in the world, but he can’t count her ten-week-old puppy Baylor as one of them. During a recent outing to an animal shelter in Winnipeg, Selena couldn’t resist the puppy and decided that she wanted him.

Now, Justin is revealing that her dog just doesn’t care for him. In a new interview, he said, “She saw this dog, and she fell in love with it. She was like, ‘I need to have it!””

Afterward, he joked, “We just went to the shelter just to look around. Turns out, she brought one home. It was kind of like she just saw the dog, and it kept going to her…I don’t think the dog really likes me that much.”

Brad Pitt has had to ban his six children with Angelina Jolie from their computers because he believes that they spend too much time playing video games.

He is said to be sick of their obsession with technology and thinks that they should be spending more time playing together instead.

A source said, “The kids have five laptop computers that they share. Brad took them and hid them in storage. He wants them playing in the dirt, reading books and interacting with each other. Brad believes their minds are turning to mush from staring at the screens all day.”

The insider went on to reveal that Maddox and Shiloh were the most upset with Brad’s war on technology. The source said, “The boys are into the video game Forza Motorsport 4 and the girls love Just Dance 3. Everyone – especially Maddox and Shiloh – threw a hissy fit after Brad pulled the plug on their online fun.”

Robert Pattinson has revealed that his Breaking Dawn co-star and girlfriend Kristen Stewart are technically married!

In the third installment of the vampire franchise, the couple ties the knot. Apparently the producers hired a real priest to preside over their on-screen nuptials.

Rob said that the wedding was more official than what he expected. He said, “The wedding scene’s funny because we used a real priest. So technically we are already married because he did all the things you would do in a normal ceremony. So we don’t have a civil union in law, but I guess in the church we are actually married.”

If that were true, wouldn’t they have to get their “marriage” annulled?

Lindsay Lohan was on the red carpet recently, promoting the new Saints Row video game, when all of us noticed her yellow-stained teeth. We weren’t sure to make of that, considering her drug past. We also noticed that her hand was stained with either nail polish or and/or self-tanner. Suffice it to say, girlfriend had let herself go completely.

Fast forward to today. Apparently, she’s gotten her teeth whitened (or replaced). Her teeth are super white, but their shape is a tad different than before, thus possibly altering her appearance.

She took to Twitter to send out the above photo of the “zoom” service she received that she likely didn’t pay for because we’re all talking about it. Bleh.

Those pearly whites will look wonderful behind bars…won’t they?

Justin Timberlake might be back with former girlfriend, Jessica Biel, but apparently he’s like every other red blooded American guy out there. According to reports, the singer/actor has a crush on her “royal hotness”, Pippa Middleton.

In his new interview with Esquire UK, Justin said,”Us American males are big fans of Pippa. We like the Middletons very much. I’m going to sound like a sleazeball. I’m going to stop right there!”

They would make a cute couple, wouldn’t they? Still, Justin is taken and so is Pippa. She recently reunited with her former boyfriend, Alex Loudon. Recent rumors have suggested that Alex is even ready to pop the question to Pippa and has been trying to find the perfect ring for her.

No one seems to want Kate Gosselin on a reality show, but perhaps those eight adorable little faces will fare better on their own in Hollywood. At least that’s what Kate is hoping.

TLC has already canceled her show, Kate Plus 8, but Kate has made it obvious that she isn’t anywhere near finished with television. Now, we’ve learned that Kate is planning on enrolling her eight children in singing and acting classes. After they’ve honed their skills, she wants to move to Los Angeles with them.

A source said, “Kate’s ultimate goal is to get her kids into the entertainment business and manage their careers. She’s looking into acting, singing and dancing classes near the family’s home in Pennsylvania. She wants to get the kids started in commercials by next year.”

The spy went on to say that her ex-husband Jon might not be in favor of Kate’s momager plans. An insider revealed, “Jon’s been very outspoken about wanting to keep the children off TV. But Kate has slowly been talking him into it by promising to keep the spotlight off the kids’ personal lives. If she gets her way, the whole family will be Hollywood bound by next year!”

She’s not winning any Mother of the Year awards here.

Jessica Simpson arrived back in Los Angeles yesterday, holding her massive baby bump. Surely, she’s at least five months along — at least. Still, the singer-turned-fashion designer has yet to confirm the obvious — that she’s pregnant.

She’s engaged to fiancee, Eric Johnson and presumably, the wedding has been postponed. Most recently, her ex-fiancee, Tony Romo, announced that his wife, Candice Crawford, is expecting their first child.

When is she going to confirm the reports? It’s anyone’s guess, but we’ll keep our ear to the ground and let you know when we do! It’s too late to call this one a food baby, don’t you think?

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson has revealed that she is not yet ready for another baby with husband, Hank Baskett.

The happy couple already share a 22-month-old son together, Hank Jr., but she says that’s enough for now. She said, “The thought to have another baby is there but we are going to do what’s natural, we are very natural people and we are always going to do what is natural.”

Good lord, would someone get this girl a thesaurus?

She went on to say, “Right now it doesn’t feel natural, it would feel kind of forced. We are going to do what we can to be happy with baby number one and then find our way to baby number two.”

She added that if she does happen to get pregnant, the cameras will be there. She said, “I dealt with the cameras with baby Hank. When I was pregnant the cameras were there, when I gave birth the cameras were there and it’s something I don’t think is a bad thing. It’s a beautiful thing – maybe kids watching should turn their heads – but it is something that is natural, we all give birth.”

Paris Hilton was recently in Poland, likely famewhoring out her goodies to the masses, when she was guarded by several of their police officers. As it turns out, they are probably going to end up out of work for taking the job.

Not that that’s Paris’ fault or anything, because we’d surely love to blame her. Apparently these officers are part of their anti-terrorist unit, which is a prestigious organization over there. While she was in Katowice during the opening of a shopping mall, they acted as her bodyguards.

However, the officers, who usually conceal their identities and must ask permission to take on work outside the force, have reportedly incurred the wrath of their bosses for agreeing to work for Hilton.

Dariusz Biel, the head of the regional police force, tells Reuters, “If the policemen who protected Hilton do not leave on their own by the end of the week, they will be disciplinarily fired.”
