Michael Lohan Arrested Again!

by on Oct.27, 2011, under articles

Apparently Michael Lohan really enjoyed the time he spent behind bars on Tuesday so much that he decided to get arrested again. We’re starting to wonder if he really can read?!?

These Lohans aren’t too bright, are they?

Reportedly, MiLo got busted again after trying to contact his girlfriend (ex?) Kate Major. What’s insane about this fiasco is that Mike tried to escape from the police by jumping off of a third-story balcony. The jump was 34 feet! Holy crap, dude, aren’t you getting too old for that mess?

Kate notified police that Mike had been trying to contact her by phone and wouldn’t leave her alone.

TMZ has more:

According to law enforcement, officers believed Michael was a “threat” — so they rolled up to his hotel to arrest him.

But here’s the crazy part — law enforcement tells TMZ, Michael tried to escape by hopping his 3rd story balcony … but crashed to the ground … and then tried to hide in some trees.

After officers pulled him down, Michael was placed under arrest for violating a condition of his pretrial release (presumably for contacting Kate) … and resisting arrest without violence.

Maybe he should get comfortable this time?

DWTS: Maksim Chmerkovskiy Will Not Apologize To Len Goodman

DWTS: Maksim Chmerkovskiy Will Not Apologize To Len Goodman

On Monday’s Broadway themed episode of Dancing With The Stars, soccer player Hope Solo performed a saucy Rumba with her professional dance partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Head judge Len Goodman wasn’t feeling their performance and commented that it was Hope’s worst dance of the season. On Tuesday, we reported the scuffle:

Len said he was really disappointed and then the audience started boo’ing. Maks was encouraging them to get louder with their disapproval. Len told Maks, “Don’t start all of that Maks, because half of the fault is yours.”

Maks replied with, “As long as the audience liked our journey, we’re good.”

Len quipped, “The audience liked the effect” and commented that he’s been in the business for fifty years. Maks snapped, “Maybe it’s time to go!”

Maks went on to talk to Brooke Charvet about the incident, telling her that it’s “his” show. The judges appeared upset at his proclamation. Now, Maks is revealing that he will not apologize for his comments from Monday night.

The dancing pro appeared on Good Morning America and said that he has nothing to be sorry about. He said, “I definitely have nothing to apologize for. I have nothing to apologize for to Len, and certainly not to Carrie Ann. She can make all the faces she wants. The last time I apologized was to my grandma when she was dying of cancer.”

He added, “I don’t regret anything. That’s why I think I’m a bit misunderstood in this situation. Everyone is waiting for me to bow my head, take a knee and say I’m sorry and plea for forgiveness. I have nothing to apologize for.”

Do you agree with Maks? Or do you feel he was out of line?

The Stereo Hoggz's 'Try A Little Tenderness' X Factor Performance Video

On last night’s live performance episode of The X Factor, The Stereo Hoggz brought the house down with their cover of Otis Redding’s song, Try A Little Tenderness.

They’ve got the whole package, all wrapped into one group. They really mesh well together with all of their vocal harmonies. This was a good song choice for them. Again, kudos to Paula Abdul for mentoring these guys….she did a great job in molding them into crowd pleasing performers.

Check out their performance, below:

InTENsity's 'Footloose' X Factor Performance Video

Thrown together at the end of Boot Camp, InTENsity seems to be bringing the fast-paced music to The X Factor live show with their cover of Footloose by Kenny Loggins.

They really performed well together as a group. They danced in sync and just got out there and seemed to have a good time. There is definitely a market for this kind of thing. Out of all of the groups, InTENsity is right up there as one of our favorites. It was a great song choice, as well. Kudos to Paula Abdul for her mentoring on this one.

Check out their performance:

Lakoda Rayne's 'Come On Eileen' X Factor Performance Video

Put together at the end of Boot Camp, Lakoda Rayne is really burning up The X Factor stage. Last night, they performed Come On Eileen by Dexy’s Midnight Runners…and it sounded fantastic.

We’re not sure about the country music market, but perhaps they could try some pop next week? I’m interested to see how they would fare with an upbeat pop song.

Check out their performance, below:

What did you think of their performance? Did they bring a unique spin on a classic? Usually I’m not a fan of cover songs, but they took this one and made it their own without changing it up too much.

What do you think? Do they have what it takes to win the prize? Sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think!

Chris Rene's 'Love Don't Live Here Anymore' X Factor Performance Video

Last night on The X Factor live performance show, Chris Rene seemed to step out of his comfort zone and cover Madonna’s song, Love Don’t Live Here Anymore.

To my surprise, it was a really good cover. I liked his performance a lot. You can really tell that he’s hungry for the main prize in the competition. He did a fine job. Check out his performance, below:

Marcus Canty's 'Do You Really Want To Hurt Me' X Factor Performance Video

Marcus Canty decided to butcher the eighties with his performance of Culture Club’s hit song, Do You Really Want To Hurt Me on last night’s episode of The X Factor.

Now, don’t get me wrong, Marcus is a fine singer with a great voice. He’s got positivity in his attitude and seems like a genuinely nice guy. Perhaps it was just the song choice that wasn’t right for him.

Check out his performance, below:

Was this your favorite performance of the night? Do you think Marcus has what it takes to get through until the end of the show and win the five million dollar recording contract? Sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think!
