The Jewish rapper Matisyahu kicked some lady in the face because the flash on her camera was “distracting.” Wednesday night Rebecca Smyne (the victim) tweeted, “I was just attacked by mAtisyahu calling cops pressing charges. Wtf! He kicked me in face and broke my camera!!!!!” When the cops arrived she worked it all out and tweeted, “I’m ok; after cops showed, matisyahu’s manager, who witnessed the incident, gave me a fat stack of cash to cover damages. Happy hanukkah!” If I just got kicked in the face by a rapper I would sew the crap out of them! If they don’t want to get sued, they should kick people in the face.

Hours later Matisyahu tweeted Rebecca, “sorry about last night.I totally snapped.I wouldn’t call it a kick, more like stepping into the crowd.” More like stepping on the crowd. He continued, “being that you’ve shot so many shows you should know how distracting a huge flash in your face is.”

She shut his ‘not a kick’ argument down by claiming, “He stepped on my face on purpose … it hurt.” He finally owned up to the crime a few hours later by tweeting, “I regret what transpired when I tried to remove the camera from the photographer’s hands last night … I reacted impulsively out of frustration and for that I apologize.”

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael says that it’s a good move for Lindsay to strip off for Playboy magazine. Way to go, dad.

He said that he has no issue with Lindsay’s nude photo spread for the men’s publication — as long as she is comfortable with it. She surely was comfortable with that million dollars they paid her. Ha.

In a new interview, he said, “It’s a move in a direction where she’s working. If she’s happy with it, I’m happy with it.”

Mike says that while he is comfortable with her pictures in the magazine, he hasn’t seen them — nor does he have any plans to. He said, “I haven’t seen it and I never look at it, any of it. There she is. Do I have to close my eyes?”

He added, “I heard it’s classy. She did some movies that were a little risque at times and I couldn’t even go to the movies and watch it. I wanted to, but I couldn’t.”

Blake Anderson, the guy with a man-perm on Workaholics, fractured his spine on Saturday night. Blake did one of the most stupid things that I’ve ever seen in my life. He jumped off of his roof onto a beer pong table. All the action from this moron’s dumb, drunk stunt was caught on tape. Who in their right mind would think that they wouldn’t get hurt by jumping off of a roof and landing hard on their tailbone??

Today, he is undergoing dangerous, extensive surgery to fix his fractured back and probably a few other things. The comedy actor will not be able to star on the show Workaholics for a few months. When this stunt happened he was at his house throwing a party, and his friend Tyler the Creator with his rapping crew were their when he jumped off of his roof. When the cops and paramedics arrived, they shut down the party and (to my knowledge) no one has been charged with any crimes.

The only way he can do something more stupid is if he dove head first into the concrete. This is a prime example of today’s society mentally deteriorating.

It’s the final showdown on The X Factor USA stage tonight! With three remaining contestants, only one can walk away with the X Factor crown — and the five million dollar recording contract. The three remaining contenders for the title of champion are Josh Krajcik, Chris Rene and Melanie Amaro. They performed their hearts out during their duets and single performances last night. Of course, each of the mentors think their contestant should win, so naturally it was up to America to vote their conscious.

We conducted a poll yesterday to see who America thought should win the show — and it was pretty obvious that viewers felt that Melanie should win, followed by Josh and Chris.

Steve just welcomed the final twelve back to the stage. They’re singing Lady Gaga’s Edge Of Glory and most of them are butchering it. We still miss LeRoy Bell!

Melanie Amaro is taking the stage to perform All I Want For Christmas. PERFECTION!

They are getting ready to reveal the act that came in third place, after the break. LIES!! They’re introducing Chris Rene to sing a holiday song, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. Meh.

Josh Krajcik took the stage after Steve hit on Nicole Scherzinger in an attempt to get an invitation to her house for Christmas. Josh is singing Bells Will Be Ringing.

Justin Bieber is singing and it appears that he is being auto-tuned something awful. Stevie Wonder joined him on piano! Love us some Stevie!

As of now, Steve has told us twice that we will get the first results after the break. Stop killing us with the anticipation, dude.

Leona Lewis is performing her new song, Run. I love her dress tonight, she looks great! Her voice sounds drowned out a bit. And Rachel Crow introduced her! Rachel says she’s after Steve’s hosting job. How cute.

50 Cent is performing! What a cool performance and set. Nice. What was even better is that he was joined on stage by Astro!

Ne-Yo and Pitbull are performing now and it’s an insane light show. Afterward, Josh and Melanie are doing a duet! They sound phenomenal together.

Yesterday, Star magazine gave us another reason to hate the Kardashian family. According to a source, the Kardashian Klan had been using sweatshop labor to produce their goods. Workers were said to be hired as young as sixteen-years-old and had to work in some pretty terrible conditions.

Now, the Kardashian machine is gearing up to sue all of the people who claimed that their clothing line is manufactured in sweatshops in China.

A snitch close to the famewhores said, momager Kris Jenner sees massive amounts of dollar signs in a lawsuit is furious! She said that the Charles Kernaghan had no right to accuse them of using slave labor for their products, because he can’t prove it!

Kris must have seen I.G.L.H.R. honcho Charles Kernaghan on “TMZ Live” Wednesday — when he flat out admitted he didn’t actually go to the factories in question … and is making the ASSUMPTION based on years of research on the Chinese manufacturing industry.

Jenner also believes Star Magazine’s cover — which screamed “Kardashian Sweatshop Scandal” — was not only unfair … but libelous … and it should have to pay for any damage that has been caused to the brand’s reputation.

Truth be told, she probably just sees the dollar signs in the lawsuit. What do you think?

Here’s heiress and “businesswoman” Paris Hilton on the cover of the latest issue of Vanity Fair Spain. Why Vanity Fair? Why Spain? Most importantly, why so freaking beige?!?

Paris is looking super Photoshopped on the cover. Seriously, you didn’t think her wonkeye magically disappeared on its own, did you?

She’s useless and has totally paved the way in the world for people like the Kardashians to come in and take over our televisions.

So, we don’t like Paris. We never have. We quite possibly never will. That is, unless she saves the rainforests, baby seals, single-handedly gets gay marriage legalized and finds a cure for cancer, AIDS and death. Then we’ll look like total douchebags.

At around 10:20 PM PST last night, Brigitte Nielsen was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles after a car accident involving three different cars; one of them suspected to be heavily under the influence of alcohol. The drunk driver was assumed to be the cause of the crash.

The LAPD says that Nielsen was a passenger in a 2006 Porsche Cayenne. The Porsche was hit by a Toyota Matrix — hard enough to slam the vehicle into the car in front of her. Cops arrived at the scene quickly following the paramedics. The drunk driving woman was immediately arrested for DUI when she was asked to take a field sobriety test and blew WAY over the legal limit on the breathalyzer.

Brigitte was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital for doctors to take x-rays and make sure her neck and back were fine. She suffered from whiplash in her back and neck but, nothing was broken.

One of Brigitte’s representatives says, “She is back home. She’s sore and resting.”

Incidents like these let us know how serious drunk driving really is and that we need to watch out for ourselves as well as other people. Be safe this holiday season, guys.

Casey Anthony might want to send that gray $50 Walmart suit to the cleaners, because she might be needing to wear it for court again soon! (Note: I know it’s $50 because I have the same suit…but I’m not famous because my kids are still alive…)

Roy Kronk is the meter maid who found Casey’s daughter, Caylee’s remains, and has now filed a lawsuit against the “alleged” Murder Mom after she pointed the finger at him. During her investigation for murder, she reportedly accused him of doing the deed, so jurors wouldn’t think she was guilty.

TMZ reports:

Roy Kronk alleges in his lawsuit … Casey’s lawyers acted as her agents when they went on a media blitz accusing him of doing in the toddler. Kronk points to various statements the lawyers made to reporters, including, “Roy Kronk is the Killer,” “Roy Krong is a childsnatcher,” and “Roy Kronk is guilty.”

Kronk — who never got a retraction — now wants punitive and other damages.

I can’t say that I blame the guy, if someone called me a baby killer, I would be suing for defamation, too.

Brad Pitt and his long-time partner Angelina Jolie just might want to expand their brood of six with the coming new year!

According to OK! Magazine, the duo celebrated Angelina’s directorial debut on December 8th, but they were also celebrating their news of wanting to add to their rainbow nation of kids in 2012.

A source said, “She jokes about triplets constantly. And she’s not a big joker, really. She and Brad have talked at length. There’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that she’ll have another child.”

Angelina recently said, “Nothing is planned…I could end up pregnant. I don’t know that we’re finished. I don’t know.”

Another insider said, “Angelina is determined. She is dead set on giving the kids a baby brother or sister as soon as possible.”

WOW! Last night’s American Horror Story finale was totally crazy. Now all the Harmons are dead and trapped inside the very house that killed them. What did you think about the way that Ben died? That was definitely a twist in the plot for sure because I thought for sure he would survive and get out of the house. Now the only one left actually alive is the one twin that Constance managed to steal away from Hayden who stole the poor kid from Ben’s dead hands.

It was not surprising to see that Marcy the realtor jumped on getting that house back on the market once Ben was out of the way. Course what was interesting was that she took their family dog. Wonder if that will come up later in season 2. Interesting to that Marcy conveniently forgets to mention the murders that went on the house. The poor Ramones got the crap scared right out of them. But at least they managed to escape the Murder House. For their sake hopefully they will never return.

It was great planning on Vivian, Moira, Ben, and Violet’s part to get the Ramones out of the house before the house consumed them. Vivian ripping Ben’s guts out and him shooting her in the head was pretty funny especially when they both stood up afterward. If that didn’t scare them nothing would.
