Injured Kym Johnson To Stay On 'Dancing With The Stars'

Dancing With The Stars professional dancer Kym Johnson isn’t letting an injury keep her down. The show must go on!

Kym was injured while practicing with partner Hines Ward on Friday. After taking a painful fall, she injured her neck and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for tests. She has since been cleared for release, but is now wearing a neck brace.

She took to her official Facebook to thank fans. She said, “Thank you everyone for your concern, love and support. I’m a little shaken up, sore but I will be fine.”

She added, “I want to give a special thanks to everyone at Cedars-Sinai. The doctors, nurses and staff were so amazing.”

Reportedly, she will still continue to compete in the show. The performance round airs Monday night at 8pm on ABC.

    I used to watch DTWS.  However, Frons announced a month ago that ABC has cancelled One Life to Live.. (and probably will cancel General Hospital).. soap operas I have watched since I was young.  There are a lot of us out here now.. boycotting ABC programming…  BUT WE ARE STILL WATCHING OUR SOAP OPERAS.  But, unfortunately.. we are boycotting all other shows.. including yours.  Help us talk Frons & ABC into NOT CANCELLING our soap operas and we will go back to watching ABC shows,..  such as yours.  MIss you!
