Lindsay Lohan friend distracted salesperson in jewelry theft?

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan had a friend with her at Kamofie & Company when the necklace went missing. This friend was said to have distracted the sales clerk when Lindsay was trying on the necklace and forgot to take it off.

All of this is found on the surveillance footage, according to a law enforcement source who has viewed it. The source said, “Lindsay had removed a necklace of hers that she was wearing when she tried on the necklace in question. As Lindsay was putting her necklace back on, it’s apparent the store clerk was distracted by the male companion that was with Lindsay.”

The clerk said that she didn’t realize that Lindsay hadn’t removed the necklace from her neck, at the time. The source went on to reveal, “The video then shows Lindsay and her male friend walking out of the store, all while Lindsay was wearing the necklace. It’s all clearly visible on the video.”

Do you think Lindsay will end up taking the plea deal and spending six months in jail, as opposed to taking this to trial and possibly getting an entire year if she’s found guilty? Let us know in the comments!

this stupid spoiled brat has never taken responsibility for anything she has done, what makes you think she’s gonna start now? she is the epitome of everything wrong with hollywood and fame and fortune. a bunch of shallow self involved ass kissers and ass kiss-ees who have absolutely no idea of reality outside of the make believe world of entertainment. as much as i love movies and tv and music, the entire industry has become a giant cesspool. at one time, in order to have a career in entertainment MOST(i say MOST because there has always been the shady side and bad decision making) people actually had to have substance and actual ability. nowadays it has nothing to do with talent. talent is completely secondary to image. style over substance. and as far as class and decorum go, well the less class you have, the better shot at being seen. what it comes down to is hollywood has become a modern day sodom and gommorah. the worst part is most of our stars didnt even sell their souls for talent. they gave them away for fame.
