Our sister site Tragicomical revealed the cover of Lindsay Lohan’s January/February 2012 issue of Playboy magazine just the other day. Now, if you are curious as to how much Photoshopping the good folks over at Hugh Hefner’s publication had to do on LiLo’s spread, you’re in luck!

We’ve got all of the photos from the spread, which was inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s Tom Kelly photo shoot for the men’s publication.

She doesn’t go fully nude, so if you were hoping to see the Firecrotch, then you’re outta luck. Still, they had to lay heavily on the Photoshop brush to wipe out any imperfections. So this is what you get after you go in for a second shooting session?

Update: TMZ reports that Playboy is freaking out over the nude photo leak:

Lindsay Lohan’s highly classified Playboy photo shoot leaked to the Internet this morning — one week before the issues was set to hit newsstands — and TMZ has learned Playboy honchos are “freaking out.”

First off — the pics aren’t bad .. it’s a Marilyn Monroe thing … and it works.

Playboy sources tell us … there are fears the leak could significantly damage sales of the magazine … which is expected to be the best seller of the year.
