Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart won't attend the Oscars together

The Oscars will be airing on February 27, 2011, but there’s one couple that won’t be attending the ceremony together: Robert Pattinson and real life girlfriend Kristen Stewart!

Reportedly, Rob will be attending the awards show by himself, as Kristen will be busy working. Kristen had expressed an interest in attending the ceremony after being offered the chance to present an award, but has to back out due to filming commitments.

There has been a lot of buzz surrounding these two lately. Rumors were flying that they were planning on getting married, which was debunked. Even more recently, Rob admitted that shooting a love scene for Breaking Dawn with Kristen was “awkward”.

He said, “It’s always awkward, in a way, if you’re doing it with anybody. It really depends on how it’s staged and stuff. It’s like doing Twister.”

    Girls, girls, girls…..no fighting and ugly words. The fact is, nobody knows what these two kids are doing in their private lives, hence the word PRIVATE! I don’t and neither do either of you. So, calm down. It appears they are together, all of the edvidence points that direction, but we could or should never know the truth. It’s not our lives and it’s none of our business. Just be happy and enjoy them in their characters. That’s the real magic anyway. Nobody could have played Edward and Bella better than Rob and Kristen, they are not Edward and Bella in real life. So cool it! I for one don’t care what they do off screen…..as long as they continue to entertain me ONSCREEN!

    what could Kristen be filming in Breaking Dawn without Rob; Bella & Edward??? It would be just as important for him to be filming as Kristen, I would think! If she is going, the last thing they’re going to do is publicize the fact that she will be there.
