Last week, a nude photo surfacedclaiming to be Selena Gomez. Now, she’s speaking out on the topless pic, calling it a fake!

TMZ has the scoop:

Sources directly connected with Gomez tell TMZ Selena and company are furious that her reputation is being sullied by some perverts with Photoshop.

We’re told her lawyers are planning on taking action immediately. Standard operating procedure is to fire off a cease and desist letter … followed by a lawsuit.

We didn’t think it was real, either….but we’re obligated to our readers to report what’s out there.

  3. I NOW HAVE PROOF THAT THIS PHOTO IS NOT REAL!! MY BROTHER WAS ON PHOTOSHOP THE OTHER DAY AND THE MOST RATED ONE ON HIS WEBSITE FOR PHOTOSHOP WAS THIS NUDE PICTURE OF THIS YOUNG TALENTED LADY. FROD YOU JUST DID THIS ON PHOTOSHOP (or someone else who is an inmature child made this who is also a pervert) AND THEN TRYED TO RUIN THIS YOUNG LADY’S CAREER IF YOUR JELOUS OR SOMETHING THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN DO THINGS LIKE THIS YOU ARE JUST A PERVERT
