Avril Lavigne Talks About Her Wedding Dress
Wild child Canadian singer Avril Lavigne recently shocked the world by announcing that she is engaged to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger. They had only been dating for about six months while working together on songs for her album, but he popped the question with a gigantic ring.
She designs her own clothing line called Abbey Dawn, in addition to having a popular career as a singer. So of course we expect that whatever wedding dress she chooses for her nuptials to Chad will be pretty rockin’. She insists that her dress will be a “badass” gown. Of course it will!
She revealed, “Either it’s something I’m going to design, or partner up with, collaborate with another designer. It might be something that I buy a few different dresses and rip them up and put them all together and dye them.”
When speaking about their newly unveiled relationship, Avril said, “It was really natural, and we met in the studio and were friends for a while, and one of our last days in the studio was when he proposed, and it was super romantic and it had a lot of meaning behind it.”
We can’t wait to see her dress!
