Catherine Zeta-Jones & Michael Douglas Split?

Catherine Zeta-Jones and her husband Michael Douglas have split up, that is, if you believe the latest cover of the “National Enquirer”. The duo have been married since November 18, 2000 after he told her when they met that he would like to father her children.

These two have been through a lot together in that they have overcome his stalker, her bipolar disorder and his cancer scare. They have two children together, a son named Dylan and a daughter named Carys. According to the tabloid’s report, they have apparently split up and are battling over their $300 million fortune.

Isn’t it nice how they grabbed such unfortunate photos of both Michael and Catherine — as if it proves their point that they’re not speaking to one another? We’re guessing that the reports of any rift within their otherwise strong marriage aren’t true, but stranger things have happened.

We are hoping for the sake of their almost 13-year marriage that they aren’t really fighting over drugs and betrayal. What would possibly cause Michael to walk out?!? What is going on with these two? Even if they are not on the verge of splitting up, we’re guessing that any bickering between them is likely to be normal. In a normal marriage, there are disagreements, no?
