Charlie Sheen Writes $12,000 Check For Photographer's Funeral Expenses

Charlie Sheen has cut a check for $12,000 to help pay for the funeral of the photographer who was chasing who he thought was Justin Bieber’s white Ferrari. The snapper, Chris Guerra, was trying to take pictures of Justin’s car after it was stopped on the freeway. After being told twice to return to his vehicle by police, he was hit by an oncoming car and was killed.

We’ve learned that Charlie knows a guy who was friends with Chris and was informed that Chris’ family was having a hard time raising the cash to pay for his funeral expenses. So Charlie being the overall nice guy that he is, coughed up a check for $12,000 for most of the expenses.

Charlie issued a statement about the situation, saying, “A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It’s an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future. As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved.”

What a kind gesture to show how much of a caring man Charlie Sheen really is. Kudos to him for taking the initiative and doing the right thing.

  1. That’s very nice of him. He seems to have a heart after all. I don’t think there are many people no matter how much money they have, who do such generous things as this.
