Honey Boo Boo's Mama June Not Doing 'Dancing With The Stars'

As we wait patiently for the new competitors for the upcoming season of “Dancing With The Stars” to be announced, we are hearing nothing but casting rumors. Of course, it’s all in good build-up for the official casting list to be announced, but this rumor was kind of funny.

According to the latest gossip, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star Mama June was set to compete on the upcoming season of the hit dancing competition. The rumor was quickly debunked and we have learned that “Mama” June Shannon will NOT be appearing on “DWTS” this season. Oh, sad face!

We were kind of looking forward to her competing on the show. It would bring a sense of realness to the competition, no? A rep for TLC said that the rumors are, in fact, false.
