Former Disney queen Miley Cyrus showed off some new ink done by her pal Kat Von D. The singer tweeted the above photo of her new tattoo, saying, “ratta tat tat @thekatvond pic.twitter.com/GooP7DWj”.
Kat responded in kind, saying, “Loved tattooing @MileyCyrus yestrday! Simple symbols of friendship make beautiful tattoos. <3". What a cute tattoo, don't you think?
