[RECAP BEGINS HERE AT 8PM!]

It’s the final auditions for the show and the first stop of the night is San Antonio, Texas, followed by Long Beach, California. First up for the San Antonio auditions is Vincent Powell and he’s singing “Rock Me Baby”. Wow, he’s got a great voice! The judges loved his performance and he’s obviously getting through to the next stage of the competition.

Derek and David Becarott are up next and they’re sucking majorly. The judges faces are saying it all. They got a rejected! Randy told them that if they ever make it, they need to change their attitudes.

Performing next is Savannah Votion and she’s performing a powerful version of Etta James’ song “At Last”. She is truly a talented singer and you can tell that this audition means so much to her. The judges loved her audition and she is getting through to Hollywood.

Cristabel Clack is singing next and she’s performing her rendition of “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys. She’s got a powerful voice and she’s so talented. What an amazing audition. They loved her and she is getting through to Hollywood.

Singing next is Ann DeFani and she’s performing her rendition of “Stronger” by Faith Hill. She’s got a phenomenal voice. Nicki said it’s cute that her husband nominated her. They loved her performance and she’s getting through.

Victoria Acosta is up next and she’s singing “Big Girls Don’t Cry” by Fergie. Afterward, she performed a second song and they loved it. She’s going through to Hollywood.

It’s time for an awful singer montage!

Papa Peachez is up next and he’s singing his own music…We’re on the fence about his singing. Nicki said he’s a super star and she loved the song. Keith called it theatrical and Mariah said he’s a quirky artist. Randy said if he had some serious vocal training, he’d have something. Nicki said yes, but Keith and Randy said no. Mariah said yes, but Randy’s vote is the tie breaker and he has changed his vote. Peachez is going through to Hollywood.

Next up is Sanni M’mairaura and he’s performing Michael Jackson’s song “Who’s Loving You”. Not bad! The judges are all sold on his audition! He’s going to Hollywood.

Lastly in this city is Adam Sanders and he’s performing “I’d Rather Go Blind” by Etta James. This man CAN SING! He has so much soul and feeling in his voice. That was so unexpected! Standing ovation from the judges and he’s through to the next round!

The auditions have moved to the Queen Mary in Long Beach and it’s just Randy and Keith. Singing next is Shubha Vedula and she’s singing “Something’s Got A Hold Of Me” by Christina Aguilera. She’s got an amazing voice. She got through!

Mariah has just arrived for the auditions and Nicki is still doing her American Music Awards commitment. Singing next is Brian Martinez and he’s singing Phil Collins’ song “You’ll Always Be In My Heart”. It’s truly terrible and he’s not going through, obviously.

Matt Farmer is up next and he’s singing “Change Is Gonna Come” by Sam Cooke. He is definitely talented with his vocals — loved his audition! He got a yes from all three judges!

Singing next is Stephanie Sanson and she’s performing a screaming, terrible version of Adele’s song “Set Fire To The Rain”. This is the worst audition ever!!!

Nicki has finally arrived for the remainder of the auditions. Up next is Jesaiah Baer and she singing “Settle Down” by Kimbra (WATCH THE VIDEO HERE). She is pretty good! In the middle of her performance, the fire alarm has been triggered and everyone is evacuating the ship. It was just a warning… Jesaiah is singing again and it’s very retro! She’s getting through to Hollywood.

We’re getting treated to another montage of suckiness. Ugh.

Up next is Micah Johnson and he’s singing “Chicken Fried” by the Zac Brown Band. With a speech impediment, you can’t really tell at all because he is just so talented. Keith started singing along with him. What a phenomenal voice he has! He’s getting through to the next stage of the competition. Well deserved!

Taking the stage is Rachel Hale and she’s singing “People Get Ready”. She’s got a huge voice! The judges look surprised that she’s so talented. She’s going through to Hollywood.

Performing next is Briana Oakley and she’s singing “Up To The Mountain” by Patty Griffin. She told the judges of how she’s been bullied in school and how all of her friends turned on her, but she still wanted to keep singing. She’s got a great voice and she definitely deserves to be part of the competition. The judges said it was fantastic and that she has natural talent. She’s going through!

The last audition of the night goes to Matheus Fernandez and he’s singing “The Change Is Gonna Come”. The judges really loved his performance and said that he’s got a special voice. He is going through to Hollywood.
