Mariah – The song choice was genius. It’s a feel good song and it was amazing.

Janelle Arthur – “When I Call Your Name” by Vince Gill

Mariah – It was perfect and a beautiful dedication to Boston.
Keith – It was a beautiful dedication and a great song choice.

Mariah – YES, vote for Amber. She loves to hear her sing in her upper register.

ROUND TWO

Candice Glover – “When You Believe” by Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston
Nicki – That is how you do a Mariah Carey/Whitney Houston song. She tore that song up.
Randy – Again, that’s the best vocal of the night. She’s so in the zone.. It was amazing.
Mariah – She can sing anything in front of anyone anywhere. She did Whitney justice.
Keith – He loves her voice because it stops him in his tracks. She pulled out all of the stops.

Janelle Arthur – “Dumb Blonde” by Dolly Parton
Randy – It was a fun song for her, but it wasn’t different vocally.
Mariah – It was “pow” because she was connected to the song…the whole dumb blonde thing.
Keith – Her voice is so good. It wasn’t the best song for her to shine.
Nicki – She’s in jeopardy for going home tomorrow, but she loves her no matter what.

Kree Harrison – “Have You Ever Been In Love” by Celine Dion
Mariah – It was a very smart choice. She reeled it in.
Keith – It was a beautiful song choice. It was the right song. She controlled the song the whole time.
Nicki – She’s not country – she’s worldly and iconic. She’s a diva that people can watch sing.
Randy – She sang the song so well. She can sing anything and can do anything she wants.

Angie Miller – “Halo” by Beyonce
Keith – ?
Nicki – “Now my Angie Miller is back!” She did the song justice like a queen should.
Randy – Angie is in it to win it, y’all!
Mariah – It’s very difficult to do a Beyonce song. There was clarity in her voice.

Amber Holcomb – “What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life?” by Barbra Streisand
Nicki – It was simply perfection. She hopes America gets to see inside of her.
Randy – That was the most difficult song of the entire season. She’s so good, like a young Rihanna.
Mariah – Classic, beautiful, elegant. She’s potentially a massive star.
Keith – It was such a difficult song, she knocked it out of the park. Beautiful.
