Meanwhile, Vanessa has been caught in two nude photo scandals since 2007 and in the past week she has had a third set released. Not only have nudes come out but a picture of Vanessa kissing a girl. Some believe that it was Vanessa herself that released the pictures to cause buzz before the release of her new movies Sucker Punch and Beastly.

However Vanessa’s lawyer claims “She is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface.”

“It is particularly disturbing that whoever got hold of these private photos seems to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time. We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and hold them accountable for their actions.”

So Earsucker wants to know what you think? Were the pictures released by a hacker? Or was the release done by Vanessa and her team to create some buzz about her new movie?

It is rumored that Twilight Saga star Robert Pattinson is slated to replace Ben Affleck as Daredevil in the reboot. Directing the reboot “Daredevil” film will be David Slade who has already worked with Robert Pattinson on the Twilight Saga Eclipse. Rumor has it David contacted Robert to see if the role interests him.

Robert will soon be seen in starring alongside Reese Witherspoon in Water for Elephants and later in Bel Ami. It would be interesting to see Robert in as an action star however,Robert might be wary of accepting another super-human/supernatural role in the guise of Daredevil. At his young age and with such a bright future ahead the last thing he needs is to become typecast. That is curse worse than vampirism!

Billy Ray Cyrus, 49, who announced in October 2010 that he was divorcing his wife has called off the divorce. Billy Ray and his wife Tish Cyrus have been married for 17 years. During an interview on The View which will air tomorrow Billy Ray says “I’ve dropped the divorce!”

Us magazine reports that, “on March 11th, 2011 Cyrus’ lawyer Robert L. Jackson filed a “voluntarily dismissal and non-suit.” Judge James Martin entered the judgment and signed the order to dismiss the divorce that day.”

He added, “I want to put my family back together…Things are the best they’ve ever been. I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we’re the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana.”

The couple have three children together – pop star Miley, son Braison Chance and daughter Noah.

Douchebag Michael Lohan who is currently in Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab is being accused by his ex-fiancé of being a big liar and also of being abusive. No surprise here that Michael is a liar – how many times has he spoken to the press about Lindsay although he has promised to stop? I am not sure Michael Lohan knows what the truth is. Anyway Kate Major his ex-fiancé claims Michael not only lies but he punched her friend in the face.

I guess it is a good thing he is in rehab for anger management issue. Why do I think being on the show is less about problems and more about his hunger for fame? Kate is claiming that things turned nasty when she refused to participate in his celebrity rehab.

“I agreed privately to go to Celebrity Rehab over the weekend for couples therapy even though we’ve been broken up – I thought it would be therapeutic for both of us. I still agreed to go to therapy last night though and that’s when all hell broke loose. When I turned up at the center I found out Michael had lied to me about numerous things, including other women. I immediately called the counselors and said I would not be attending the therapy session and I left.

“Michael found out and fled the Pasadena Recovery Center on foot and found me and a friend that I was with. This is when I became very afraid of him and my life and other situations. In the meantime, Michael ripped a bracelet off my hand and then punched my girlfriend in the face –it was all caught on camera.”

Michael Lohan is so publicity hungry I distrust his motives in inviting her to be with him ON camera. Michael might have a clause in his Celeb Rehab contract that pays him much more if he gets anyone on camera while he is on the show. Dr. Drew knows that business is business and he also knows that Michael is a big media whore. As to Michael punching someone in the face – if it was caught on camera why hasn’t he been arrested?

Jessica Biel, 29, and Justin Timberlake, 30, have ended their relationship. The two have been dating since 2007 when the couple were photographed snowboarding. The split is said to be a mutual decision and their are no hard feelings on either side.

A source for Earsucker told us “It was completely mutual and they both decided it was time to move on.”

Justin and Jessica are back on the market. The two will remain friends. The split does not come as a surprise they have had a difficult year or two with frequent rumors that they were split!

Britney Spears is Out Magazine’s April 2011 cover girl and she is leaving very little to the imagination in the photoshoot. Out decided to interview Britney on the eve of the release of her new studio album Femme Fatale. They spoke to Britney about some interesting things including gay marriage, plastic surgery and why she’s jealous of Rihanna. Below is a glimpse of the interview:

On Gay Marriage she said, “I think everyone should be treated equally” when asked about gay marriage … and adding “I love my boys no matter what” when asked how she’d react if one of her sons turned out to be gay.

On Plastic Surgery she said, “she’s not opposed to going under the knife — telling the mag “When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it.”

Mel Gibson has cut a deal with prosecutors in the domestic violence case against him. The DA’s office is furious because news has been leaked before Oksana Girgorieva was notified. Consequently Oksana will learn the news in the media. Apparently the deal allows Mel to plead no contest to simple battery and get no jail time.

TMZ has the scoop

As we first reported, Mel had been agonizing over the impending criminal charge — related to the January 6, 2010 blowout with Oksana Grigorieva — worried that a prolonged court fight would be a strain on his family, particularly his children. We’re told … even though Mel believed he could win the case — he struck the deal to protect his loved ones.

Mel’s lawyer released the following statement, “I know from almost 20 years as a criminal defense lawyer that sometimes justice can come for a client at too high a personal price. That is particularly so for Mel, whose right to due process can only be exercised in this case with an enormous media circus attached.”

So NO jail time for Mel – he will have to attend counseling. Even though he is getting no jail time he will have a conviction for battery so that will make his custody war with Oksana all the more difficult. I can understand why they settled this – there have been so many lies and half truths throughout this case who knows what to believe anymore.

This is a first look at the cottage where Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) will live with their new daughter Renesmee in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. In the Breaking Dawn book Bella Swan describes the cottage:

“I stared into the violet dark. There, nestled into a small clearing in the forest, was a tiny stone cottage, lavender gray in the light of the stars. It belonged here so absolutely that it seemed as if it must have grown from the rock, a natural formation. Honeysuckle climbed up one wall like a lattice, winding all the way up and over the thick wooden shingles. Late summer roses bloomed in a handkerchief-sized garden under the dark, deep-set windows. There was a little path of flat stones, amethyst in the night that led up to the quaint arched wooden door.”

Double Oscar winner and Hollywood royalty Elizabeth Taylor was admitted to the hospital earlier this week. Elizabeth is currently at the Cedars Sinai hospital. This is not the first trouble Elizabeth has had with her heart. She was treated in 2009 to replace a leaky valve.

Her publicist Sally Morrison said in a statement: “Elizabeth Taylor was hospitalized earlier this week … suffering from symptoms caused by congestive heart failure, an ongoing condition. This issue is being addressed… She is currently being kept in the hospital for monitoring.

“Her family and close friends are appreciative of the warm support and interest of her loyal fans but have asked that people respect her privacy and allow her medical team the time and space to focus on restoring her back to health.”

Now it’s being rumored that the female lead in the film will be none other than Kryptonian psycho Zod follower Ursa? What the fuck are you doing dude?

I realize that the cool thing to do in Hollywood is make super-hero films and shit, like The Avengers, Batman, Xmen and shit… but don’t fuck with the man in the red cape, k?

If Tim Burton’s Superman starring Nicolas Cage didn’t make it past the 6 minutes of footage shot which wasted $30,000 of the studios cash, why on earth would a pansy ass Brit in the suit fair any better?

If they do use Lois’s character, they’ll probably hire someone ridiculous like Kate Bosworth again.

So, no Lex Luthor, no Zod, minimal Lois…hmm. Not Superman. Nope, they’ve already fucked themselves. This film will not fly. At least not for long. I smell another failure.

Fire that Cavill douche, hire on Tom Welling, add Erica Durance in there for good measure. Fuck it, just scrap this garbage altogether and just make a Smallville movie.

At least that way the studio would be guaranteed a hit. Dumbfucks.

Tik Tok singer Ke$sha, 23, has claimed that she has no idea who her father was and that it was very difficult not knowing his identity growing up. Well maybe she should have told her father what she was going to say so they could be on the same page. Seems the father “she does not know” Bob Chamberlain, a musician and successful engineer is very upset and cannot understand why Ke$ha and her mother would invent such a story. Chamberlain has letters from Ke$ha saying “Dear Dad” and pictures of them together which make her seem like a liar.

Herzog — who has been subpoenaed by Mel’s lawyers in the custody war — tells us Oksana admitted to him that she secretly taped Mel Gibson “to pressure Mel to pay her money.” Oksana is currently being investigated by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department for alleged extortion.

Herzog — who was privy to virtually every conversation Oksana had with her lawyers — claims he had a sexual relationship with Oksana — she denies it.

There are so many lies in the Mel and Oksana situation – I don’t think anyone knows who to believe anymore. It does seem a bit suspicious that two days after prosecutors were rumored to be ready to charge Mel with domestic abuse the ex-bodyguard is saying this. But seriously with these two who knows anymore? The question for me is – Did Oksana not pay him enough to keep his mouth shut or did Mel pay him more to change his story?

It’s been a total of four years since we got to see Chris Evans in a comic book super-hero role. Now that Captain America: The First Avenger will be hitting screens this July I have to vent and get my piece on the matter heard.

What the fuck are the morons over at Marvel Entertainment doing? Did someone slip a mickey into Stan Lee’s coffee or something?

Did they somehow forget that they had already cast Chris Evans as the Human Torch in the Fantastic Four films? Do they really think he’s that big a bankable star that fans will just over look the fact that this blunder occurred?

So this pretty much means that in the Marvel world we can never see a Avengers/Fantastic Four crossover as has happened in the comics, right?

The answer to this question is nope. It will STILL be possible to cross over the two teams. How you might ask? Well, since Marvel is planning to re-boot the Fantastic Four franchise and the part of the Human Torch will inevitably be recast, this won’t pose a problem.

I’m so fucking sick to death of these remakes and reboots. That’s not to say I don’t welcome some of them. It just seems that the Hollywood machine doesn’t churn out any more original content, and that just blows.

I understand re-booting a film like “A Nightmare on Elm Street” 20-something years afterwards (even if it sucked balls) but a mere 4 years after a film is released there is already talk of a reboot. Give me a fucking break guys!

Understand, I am a comics whore. I love comic books, and I love comic book movies. Especially Superman. (TOM WELLING FOR SUPERMAN MAN OF STEEL). I own both Iron Man films on dvd, I will be head of the line for Thor when it hits theaters in May, I can’t wait for Joss Whedon’s Avengers film.

But I will not pay any fucking money to be subjected to THE HUMAN TORCH posing as CAPTAIN AMERICA! Sorry Chris, I love ya man, but the dudes at Marvel really fucked up there… and I KNOW I am not the only fan that’s pissed off about this casting choice.
