The 91-year-old famous car salesman, Cal Worthington, is getting a divorce from his 42-year-old wife claiming that she’s going for his cash. He took this divorce extremely seriously. She has been banned from his multimillion dollar mansion and he took her Bentley. This guy is smart – he signed a prenuptial agreement, which means what he had before the marriage he gets after the divorce.

Cal says he has to only give her four grand a month for six months. Then he is done with the gold digger! She, on the other hand, thinks she deserves the Beverly Hills mansion. She says that he bought the mansion as a wedding gift for her and says she should get at least half of it. He is calling trickery. He wants the judge to completely block her from being allowed on mansion property.

I don’t blame him. In the divorce documents, he claimed that she was driving a 2004 Chrysler Sebring before the marriage. He says that is what she should be driving after the marriage. Anna Hired Mark Vincent Kaplan as her attorney to “insure [Cal] does not leave me on the street without any means to live.”

This could get ugly!

Earlier today we reported that Russell Brand and Katy Perry were not getting divorced. That is not the case. Russell Brand has blind-sided Katy Perry with divorce papers. He filed them because of the “irreconcilable differences.” There probably isn’t a prenuptial agreement because the documents state that there “community property assets,” which means that there is no coverage on the accumulated property or the money and assets they’ve earned.

Two years ago on New Years Eve Russell proposed to Katy. Does anyone think that’s suspicious at all? Last month he was on a popular talk show, Ellen, saying, “I’m really happily married … I’m married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge. I’m still alive.” Today he told everyone, “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”

I saw this one coming. They spent Christmas apart and they both weren’t wearing their wedding rings. Until this morning it looked like Russell blind-sided Katy when he filed for divorce; It came out of nowhere. What did she do that was so terrible to get a man to divorce her?

The almighty fret shredder, Slash, says that he wants to make nice with Axl Rose before they are inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

He said, “When I see footage of Guns N’ Roses, I see that f***ing hunger and attitude. You could not f**k with those five guys. It was just raw. It was this lean, hungry thing on its way up. It was as sincere as any rock ‘n’ roll that I’ve ever heard, and I’m proud of that. The split between Axl and I was a quiet one. But because there was so much attention on the break-up – and are we going to get back together – it got built up into this monster that led to a kind of animosity that wasn’t the focus for me. The two haven’t talked to each other for years but Slash is willing to make up for it. This would be amazing if they where to join up at the induction ceremony and play a song.

Country music singer Blake Shelton stepped in when Kelly Clarkson was attacked for her political opinions. When she told her Twitter followers that she was supporting Ron Paul, half of them attacked her with messages and hateful comments.

She told her followers that she would vote for him if he was the party’s candidate. I would vote for Ron Paul, too, if I was 18. So you’re not alone, Kelly.

On a few of her social networking sites she said, “I am really sorry if I have offended anyone. Obviously that was not my intent… I like Ron Paul because he believes in less government and letting the people make the decisions and mold our country. That is all.”

Later she added, “Man my eyes have been opened to so much hate tonight. If y’all ever disagree with something I say please don’t feel the need to attack me. I will listen to what you say and any articles or viewpoints you have when you say it with respect…”

Blake Shelton immediately came to her defense, saying, “@kelly_clarkson I love you!!!! I’ll listen to your view points anytime. And I really wouldn’t mind throat punching someone for you either!!”

She replied to him saying, “@blakeshelton thanks :)”

Jeremy London will be charged with domestic violence after allegedly beating his wife up in Palm Springs.

The charge took place one full month after the crime actually occurred. Who waits a month before filing charges for getting the crap kicked out of you? A while back cops were reportedly looking for Jeremy to interrogate him about the fight, that’s when Melissa Cunningham got injured.

I can’t believe that a grown man would hit a woman. What kind of man would do that? According to the Riverside County D.A., the divorced couple were fighting over the custody of their son, Lyrik. Then — Jeremy lost it. After he assaulted his wife, he left as quickly as he could.

His lawyers have been in touch with the cops. The D.A. Has finally made the decision to charge him with the misdemeanor of domestic violence. If the charges stick, he will face a year in jail. I think he should get WAY more than just a year. Hitting a woman is one of the worst things a man can do. I hereby take away Jeremy’s man card.

The Jewish rapper Matisyahu kicked some lady in the face because the flash on her camera was “distracting.” Wednesday night Rebecca Smyne (the victim) tweeted, “I was just attacked by mAtisyahu calling cops pressing charges. Wtf! He kicked me in face and broke my camera!!!!!” When the cops arrived she worked it all out and tweeted, “I’m ok; after cops showed, matisyahu’s manager, who witnessed the incident, gave me a fat stack of cash to cover damages. Happy hanukkah!” If I just got kicked in the face by a rapper I would sew the crap out of them! If they don’t want to get sued, they should kick people in the face.

Hours later Matisyahu tweeted Rebecca, “sorry about last night.I totally snapped.I wouldn’t call it a kick, more like stepping into the crowd.” More like stepping on the crowd. He continued, “being that you’ve shot so many shows you should know how distracting a huge flash in your face is.”

She shut his ‘not a kick’ argument down by claiming, “He stepped on my face on purpose … it hurt.” He finally owned up to the crime a few hours later by tweeting, “I regret what transpired when I tried to remove the camera from the photographer’s hands last night … I reacted impulsively out of frustration and for that I apologize.”

Blake Anderson, the guy with a man-perm on Workaholics, fractured his spine on Saturday night. Blake did one of the most stupid things that I’ve ever seen in my life. He jumped off of his roof onto a beer pong table. All the action from this moron’s dumb, drunk stunt was caught on tape. Who in their right mind would think that they wouldn’t get hurt by jumping off of a roof and landing hard on their tailbone??

Today, he is undergoing dangerous, extensive surgery to fix his fractured back and probably a few other things. The comedy actor will not be able to star on the show Workaholics for a few months. When this stunt happened he was at his house throwing a party, and his friend Tyler the Creator with his rapping crew were their when he jumped off of his roof. When the cops and paramedics arrived, they shut down the party and (to my knowledge) no one has been charged with any crimes.

The only way he can do something more stupid is if he dove head first into the concrete. This is a prime example of today’s society mentally deteriorating.

At around 10:20 PM PST last night, Brigitte Nielsen was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles after a car accident involving three different cars; one of them suspected to be heavily under the influence of alcohol. The drunk driver was assumed to be the cause of the crash.

The LAPD says that Nielsen was a passenger in a 2006 Porsche Cayenne. The Porsche was hit by a Toyota Matrix — hard enough to slam the vehicle into the car in front of her. Cops arrived at the scene quickly following the paramedics. The drunk driving woman was immediately arrested for DUI when she was asked to take a field sobriety test and blew WAY over the legal limit on the breathalyzer.

Brigitte was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital for doctors to take x-rays and make sure her neck and back were fine. She suffered from whiplash in her back and neck but, nothing was broken.

One of Brigitte’s representatives says, “She is back home. She’s sore and resting.”

Incidents like these let us know how serious drunk driving really is and that we need to watch out for ourselves as well as other people. Be safe this holiday season, guys.

Lady Gaga has fallen victim to a phishing scandal. Her Twitter and Facebook page has been filled with messages saying, “Lady Gaga’s new iPad comes out in 3 days! So for the next 72 hours we will be hosting a massive giveaway to all the Mother Monster fans. Sign up and receive your special Lady Gaga edition iPad in time for the Holidays! For contest rules and registration visit the link below.” No one knows who hacked her, but she is just glad that she has her account back in time for Tokyo. She removed the bogus tweet and wrote, “Phew. The hacking is over! And just in time, I’m on my way to Japan! So excited to spend Xmastime with my TokyoMonsters!”

Lady Gaga has over 17 million fans. Even though she is the top-earning woman in music, she can’t buy 17 million ipad2s.

We knew something was up when we saw that come up on our Twitter feed. I thought she could have at least put the hashtag #ad on it….but hackers don’t think, do they?

Let’s hope that this one doesn’t return. Perhaps she should change her passwords?

The National League of Junior Cotillions named Kate Middleton was the best mannered celebrity in the world in 2011. Kim Kardashian was named the most ill-mannered celebrity of the year. Surprising? I don’t think so. Since Kim has recently been through a divorce. According to NLJC national director Elizabeth Anne Winters, The ranks are based off of “demonstration of dignity, honor and respect.”

Kate was clearly the top choice because everyone praised her for “the poise and dignity with which she conducts herself in the public spotlight,” Winters said.

Justin Beiber is coming in at number two. (number two is also what his music sounds like, so fair enough.) After that Paula Abdul. Of course she’s happy, she ALWAYS is. Taylor Swift is number five on the list. All the way at number nine is “Harry Potter’s” Emma Watson. Kim Kardashian didn’t even make the list. A person of her fame should at least make the list, even if it’s last. What kind of evil creature is she to be named “The Most Ill-Mannered Person” of 2011?

Three days after a successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, Giuliana Ranic has been finally released from the hospital. She has been recovering at home ever since. She said, “I’m feeling good and I’m happy to be back home. It’s been tough, but I’m trying to stay strong and manage the pain. I have a new found respect for women who have been through breast cancer and this surgery.”

Even though she has been diagnosed with breast cancer, she has been trying to remain optimistic. Before her breast reconstruction, she joked, saying, “They might come out looking even hotter. You gotta have fun with this. We find the humor in everything. Bill helped pick ‘em out. I’m like, ‘Bill, that big? Really?’” Of course. Ha. Such a guy answer. Her reconstruction surgery and mastectomy was a success!

My grandma has breast cancer and even though she knows how bad it is, she remains as upbeat as Giuliana. It’s amazing how people can stay that happy even though they have been diagnosed with a terminal disease. All those who have fought cancer I commend you for it.
