Reality star Kim Kardashian is NOT involved in any type of drug scandal, despite what you may have read in the pages of Australian magazine “NW”. In the magazine’s latest issue, they report that Kim has a “heartbreaking habit” of popping pills like Valium and sleeping pills.

If anyone was dumb enough to report the fake news, then you might be gearing up for a lawsuit from Kim and her camp. TMZ reports that Kim is furious over the report that she is alarming her family with her pill intake.

Kim is getting her legal team on the case, however, and plans to send letters to media outlets who report on the fake story. As much as we hate to admit it, we’re going to have to give this one to Kim. She has done a lot of press and never has she appeared to be out of control of her faculties.

Will this story end up on an episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”? Also, Kim has not yet commented on the salacious story on her official Twitter page. Did you believe the hype?

Jessica Simpson became a mother to daughter Maxwell Drew on May 1st and since, she’s been busy preparing her wedding to fiance Eric Johnson. Now, they have officially announced their wedding date of December 12, 2012 or 12/12/12!

They’ve been engaged since November 2010 and were set on tying the knot in Hawaii on November 11, 2011 (11/11/11), but had to put their wedding plans on hold due to her pregnancy. An insider revealed, “Jessica and Eric are eyeing the Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends.”

The pal went on to say, “Jessica is busy planning two very important events – Maxwell’s baptism and her wedding to Eric.”

We’re still waiting to see the first baby photos of Maxwell. Aren’t any of the celebrity weeklies going to cough up the dough for that privilege?

Johnny Depp usually is pretty hush hush about his private and personal business. When it comes to his long-time relationship with Vanessa Paradis, he keeps it all to himself. So it really surprised us that Johnny even acknowledged the rumors that he and Vanessa had split.

After the couple hadn’t appeared on the red carpet together for quite some time, rumors were started that they had called it quits after being together for 14 years. So if you believe the hype that they were having trouble, you’ll be happy to know that they are working things out between themselves.

A source said, “For the first time in a long time, he is talking about her. They both want to make it work.”

Of course, neither of them have commented on the latest rumors that they’re working things out. We’re inclined to believe that they just got busy and couldn’t make it on the red carpet to support each other. It’s not that serious, people. They still love each other and they’re going to be together for a very long time. We hope.

Ryan Gosling isn’t ready to take things to the next level with his girlfriend Eva Mendes. In fact, the actor wants to slow things down a bit. According to the latest Hollywood gossip, Eva wanted to move in with Ryan, but he wasn’t ready to take that step with her.

A source revealed to “Us Weekly”, “He says he wants to slow down and not live with her yet. But he doesn’t want to lose her.”

In April, the couple were said to be experiencing problems within their relationship, sparking rumors that they were on the verge of breaking up. Despite that, the duo appeared near Ryan’s home in the East Village earlier this month.

Apparently Eva confronted Ryan and wanted them to live together. They have only been dating for eight months, so perhaps he just needs more time to warm up to the idea. We’re guessing that there’s more trips to DisneyLand planned for this couple, so we’re not writing them off just yet.

What a good song for Phillip. This is truly a great first single for him to perform. He’s up there with his guitar and he’s rocking out to this subdued track. We would definitely buy this on iTunes. Would you?

Jennifer said he didn’t sound like any other band and there’s nothing on the radio that sounds like that. Steven said he has made the world his home. He was perfect tonight and he’s the man.

He’s still doing a fine job. I didn’t actually remember this song when he did it the first time, as we were hoping that he would cover “Volcano” by Damien Rice. Still, he’s bringing his own style to the song and that’s what we like about Phillip.

Tonight, following “Dancing With The Stars” is an all new episode of Emily Maynard’s season of “The Bachelorette”. In case you’ve missed last week’s season premiere episode of the show, you can read our fully detailed recap here.

Last week, we met the 25 men that were vying for Emily’s love and affection. Since, we’ve learned that Emily is looking to start a family rather quickly. Will she be able to find Mr. Right? Twenty-five men walked in and only 19 of them got roses. The first impression rose went to Doug, who also has a child. It was good news for all of the other men who thought that Kalon would get the rose since he met her after emerging from a helicopter. Rumor has it that Kalon is the one that Emily tells to GTFO from last week’s preview of the show.

When the rumors started making the rounds on the internet that teen singer Justin Bieber had fathered a child with Mariah Yeater, his girlfriend Selena Gomez demanded the truth from the singer. Of course she did, wouldn’t you? Mariah made the claims that Justin was the father of her son Tristyn after a backstage romp at the Staples Center.

She also launched a paternity lawsuit against Justin, which was quickly shut down after the singer took a DNA test. After the rumors surfaced, Selena demanded that her boyfriend tell her what really happened between himself and Mariah. Apparently Selena wasn’t immediately convinced of Justin’s innocence. She wasn’t buying into the idea that Mariah was just making stuff up for the media attention. So, she looked to Justin to clear up the reports.

In a new interview with “The Sunday Times Magazine”, Justin revealed, “She was like, ‘Do you see what they’re saying on the internet?’ I was like, ‘Yeah.’ She was like, ‘So…’, I was like, ‘No, it’s not true.’ ”Okay, thank you, bye!’ That was it. She trusts me.”

Does this mean that there isn’t any truth to the rumors that they’ve gone their separate ways? What do you think?

Nick Stahl, who starred in “Terminator 3″ has re-emerged after being reported missing by his wife Rose Murphy. After disappearing, Nick emailed his wife and friends to let them know that he was okay. He also told his wife that he was checking himself in for treatment at a rehab center. He checked himself in to the unspecified location on Saturday night.

In the email to his friends, Nick apologized for worrying them and told them that he had plans to get help in a rehab facility. Rose reported him missing after he was gone for five days. They have been separated since January and in February, she filed for divorce, stating that she thought Nick was using drugs.

TMZ states that Rose isn’t thinking about divorce at the moment and is just happy to be able to tell her daughter where her father is and that he’ll be home soon.

Just a week after Hollie Cavanagh was eliminated from “American Idol”, her good pal Joshua Ledet said goodbye to his hopes of being the next “Idol” winner. Now, it has come down to being between Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez vying for the “Idol” crown. Joshua isn’t sad about his departure from the singing competition, he is actually relieved at his elimination.

When Ryan Seacrest announced that Joshua was leaving the competition, Joshua cried on the stage. He said that he wasn’t planning on tearing up, but when Jennifer Lopez came up to hug him, he became overwhelmed.

He said, “I felt good about the whole situation, but when people come up to you and try to comfort you and hug you, then the tears start coming, and then a whole bunch of other stuff. So just getting their support, it kind of took over, and I kind of lost it a little.”

He went on to say, “I’m not gonna say I was surprised, because Phillip and Jessica are great, and they have huge fan bases. They deserve it just like anyone else. I was super excited for Phillip and Jessica. I was trying to hold a smile up, and I was definitely not upset. I felt relieved. A lot of pressure was off of me, and I feel really good.”

He added, “Jennifer told me to keep my head up and my career was only going to go further from here. I’m just gonna miss the whole environment. Everyone here is amazing. It’s like a family.”

MAD MEN RECAP: CHRISTMAS WALTZ HERE!

Disney queen Miley Cyrus said that she was so heartbroken after being dumped as a teenager that she thought her entire life was ruined! She revealed that she was so devastated at the young age of 14-years-old by a breakup and said that she didn’t feel she could recover from her grief.

In a new interview with Amanda de Cadenet in “The Conversation”, she said, “I had my biggest heartbreak when I was 14 even though that sounds crazy, because I was 14, but that’s what love was to me.”

She went on to say, “I was in love with somebody. I was in love with this person that I thought was so perfect and so amazing, so when you get your heart broken that’s all you see. I’m like, ‘The rest of my life is ruined because he doesn’t love me back. He doesn’t think I’m pretty, then I’m not pretty, he doesn’t think I’m worth his time, I’m not worth anyone’s time.’”

When asked what advice she would have given to her younger self, she said, “I think just remember that this shall pass, it’s not the end of the world, you’ve got to keep going. It’s generic but it’s true. It’s a big something to remember. My dad always said it to me, and I never really listened. I would always sweat the small stuff. ‘This too shall pass.’ That’s something that I so needed to remember.”

We’re guessing that whoever broke her heart at 14 is probably kicking themselves right about now…Don’t you think?

Mariah Carey’s name was mentioned as a possible judge on the upcoming second season of “The X Factor USA”, but as it turned out, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato were chosen for the vacant judging spots on the show. After the announcement was made, Mariah commented that she didn’t care who was taking the open seats on the show.

She said to “Extra”, “I love Britney, honestly. I think she’s a very nice person, but I don’t care who’s going on that show — as long as it’s not me.”

Since, Mariah has taken to her official Twitter account to say that she was only making a joke with her previous comments. She tweeted, “@BritneySpears & @SimonCowell of course I luv+care about you dahhlings, congrats! U never know what’s true or gossip, I was joking around!xo”.

Britney Spears and Demi Lovato will appear alongside Simon Cowell and Antonio “L.A.” Reid as judges on the second season of the talent competition. The only thing that’s missing from the equation is who’s going to take the spot of host for the show. Who do you think would be a good fit?

It was a tough race on the Semi-Finals performance episode of “American Idol”. Last night, all three of the remaining competitors really brought their A-game and it’s a race to the finish for the “Idol” crown. The three contestants left in the competition were Jessica Sanchez, Phillip Phillips and Joshua Ledet. We’ve recapped the performance episode here.

Last night, Joshua performed “I’d Rather Go Blind” by Etta James, in addition to “Imagine” by John Lennon and “No More Drama” by Mary J. Blige. Apparently all of the judges’ praise wasn’t enough to keep Joshua in the competition.

After the show received 90 million votes, Ryan Seacrest has announced that Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips would be going to the Finale episode. After the announcement, Joshua performed “It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World”. He still appears to be in good spirits despite his elimination.

Disco queen Donna Summer has passed away earlier today as a result of lung cancer. She was 63. TMZ has the scoop:

We’re told Summer was in Florida at the time of her death. She was 63 years old.

Sources close to Summer tell us … the singer was trying to keep the extent of her illness under wraps. We spoke to someone who was with Summer a couple of weeks ago … who says she didn’t seem too bad.

Her family has released this statement:

“Early this morning, we lost Donna Summer Sudano, a woman of many gifts, the greatest being her faith. While we grieve her passing, we are at peace celebrating her extraordinary life and her continued legacy. Words truly can’t express how much we appreciate your prayers and love for our family at this sensitive time” – The Sudano Family.

Rest in peace, Donna Summer and thanks for all of the memories. Your contribution to the music industry will always be remembered.

According to the latest issue of “Reality Weekly” magazine, “America’s Got Talent” judges Howard Stern and Howie Mandel hate each other! Is it really war between the two or is it just ratings gold for the new season of the show?

The tabloid reports that there is a battle of egos behind the scenes of the show and there is a lot of tension backstage. Reportedly, Howard is getting a ton of attention for signing on to do the show and it has turned the show into Sternmania. A source revealed, “Howie isn’t a happy camper.”

Rumor has it that Howard has even been using Howie’s OCD as a point of cruel jokes. Are you buying the hype? What do you think? Are Howard and Howie at each other’s throats?

John Doe #1 dropped his sexual assault lawsuit against John Travolta earlier this week, only to re-file with high powered attorney Gloria Allred. In a new interview, Gloria confirmed the reports, sating, “I represent John Doe Number One. Mr. Doe’s lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time.”

John Doe #1 claimed that he gave John Travolta a massage on January 16th, but the actor exposed himself and acted inappropriately during their session. In that lawsuit, Doe was seeking $2 million in damages.

Charlize Theron adopted her son Jackson in March, but has revealed that she can’t remember her life before she became a mother. During the London premiere of her new movie, “Snow White And The Huntsman”, she talked about how her life was a blur before she adopted her son.

She revealed in a new interview, “It’s strangely everything that you’ve hoped for and it feels so right. I don’t know how else to say it. I feel like I can’t remember anything prior to him. I feel like it was always just meant to be what it is.”

On Sunday, Mother’s Day became a special day for Charlize — a first for her since adopting Jackson. She said, “My mom and Jack are here with me. We had a nice morning. He got to spend a little time with me and he got to have a little snuggle. I’m going to see them later tonight. It’s really nice to have him here.”

On Monday night’s performance episode of “Dancing With The Stars”, there was a bit of a dancing faux pas. Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins’ time on the show might be coming to an end as a result of the slip. On top of that, the Salsa she performed looked as if it left her in a great deal of pain. Katherine and partner Mark Ballas performed second on the show when they garnered 29 total points for their Quickstep. Bruno Tonioli said that the dance had “razzle dazzle” and an amazing technique. Carrie Ann Inaba said that they aren’t “bringing their A-game, they’re bringing their A+ game!”. She went on to comment that it was the best dance that she has ever seen on the show. Len Goodman added that she can dance and it was a “fabulous number”.

For the second round of the competition, they performed their doomed Salsa. It was a good dance, for all intents and purposes. Near the end of the dance, the duo attempting a difficult move, which left Katherine injured.

Carrie Ann said that the dance was fantastic and that she let loose. She also said that Katherine is pushing her boundaries and that she’s a true winner. Len said that she came out and gave it one-hundred percent. Bruno commented for her not to worry about what happened and not to beat herself up over it. She scored 27 points for her efforts.

The second masseur to sue actor John Travolta is already looking to settle the case for a hefty sum of $250,000. The “John Doe” from Atlanta, Georgia said that he would drop his claim for a quarter of a million dollars. Do you think John should take the deal?

He’s the second man to come forward in a sexual assault case against the actor. Both men are seeking $2 million in damages, while John’s attorney insists that the claims made by all of the parties in the case are not true.

The second accuser’s attorney said, “My client will settle for $250,000 to make this go away quickly and without having any further action being taken in this case. My client wants his life back and for that to happen at this point we would be willing to accept a settlement. I have been speaking with Marty Singer about establishing the ground rules for arbitration/mediation in this case. We haven’t agreed on anything yet, or which private judge will hear the case.”

He went on to say, “I want it to be one judge. Marty Singer would like more than one judge. These are sticking points that we can work out if this case doesn’t settle. I haven’t discussed any settlement figures with Marty yet but I anticipate we will be having those discussions very soon.”

Dancing second on tonight’s performance episode of “Dancing With The Stars” were Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins and her professional dance partner Mark Ballas. They performed their Quickstep and it was great!
