In case you’ve been hiding under a rock, former Olympian Bruce Jenner opened up to Diane Sawyer in a new interview about his reported gender transition. The interview is set to air on ABC at 9PM EST and will be two hours long of which Jenner will use to talk about his womanly transformation.
There have already been teasers released for the upcoming interview spot and a new one declares that Jenner doesn’t want to hurt his family. The 65-year-old former Olympian discusses his famous family in the new clip.
He told Sawyer of his children, “Those are the only ones I’m concerned with. I can’t let myself hurt them.”
Bruce Jenner is the biological father of six children; Burt, Brandon, Brody, Casey, Kendall and Kylie. He is also the former stepfather to Kris Jenner’s children, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian. He is determined to ensure that his children are accepting of his transition decision, but he also wants to stay true to himself. He revealed in a second clip, “My whole life has been getting me ready for this.”
Newer reports surrounding Jenner have suggested that he has been distancing himself from the Kardashian family as he makes his transition complete. As you can see in the above picture, he definitely looks like he has more feminine qualities as opposed to what he has looked like in the past.
Rumors have been swirling across the internet that Bruce Jenner has already had his gender reassignment surgery scheduled for May or June – at the latest.
