This season of wife swap is very disappointing and controversial. I was proud of the tea party activist family for not participating in the round table. This show has become evil and no longer suited for Christians to watch. Last week there wad a gay person and this week a polyamorous family. The best part about tonight is the tea party family putting down Obama. So I will not resort to watching this degrading show anymore. Good riddance!

You lose. Cowards hiding behind the Bible and Politics. Get a spine and a mind of your own. Stand up for what is right and just.

I saw this as an American that loves this country and as a God fearing Christian-the Loudon family disgusts me. You are the kind of people who give Christians a bad wrap. You are horrible awful people and I hope you read this. I will pray for the Envy family but I would never treat nor belittle them the way you did. I am ashamed as a Christian to be associated with such people as the likes of you.

I watched the show just by chance….while I trust in God and his will, once again I was sadden by the Loudon’s . At some point in this life we as people have to get that it is not about what party we belong to but what is best for America! Putting our President down or others is not what God would want or is it that we take and do from the Bible what advances our own needs and wants.
At one point and time women were not allowed to vote! Black or White worked for lower wages. Blacks were salves, schools were split in two because blacks and whites could not dare mingle……so just as laws were written and changed to protect the rights of Americans, Mrs. Loudon said it just right…..the laws are written and you follow them! So simple lets make some laws!

Wow! Loudon family—you quit? What an example for the children! What an example for all those who hold the Truth! I Can’t believe that the Loudon family didn’t “finish the fight.” Did you even “keep the Faith?” Did the evil one win you over? Remember, Loudon family, you need to be prayed-up and strengthen-up to fight the evil one. Can’t believe you didn’t show up for the round table. Never shy away from evil. Face him. He is no match against the Almighty. “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ.” How is it that the evil one has the boldness to show up at the round table to tell the world that the Loudon family is evil. Where is your boldness in Christ? And low and behold, the Loudon family ran with their tails between their legs! Never to be heard from again. Well, I just got to say this. You Conservative Republican or Conservative Tea Party folks, if you can’t stand the heat–please stay out of the kitchen. Leave the fight for the True Warriors!—those who wear the Full Armor!

Typical religious, Tea Party political hypocrite. Mr. Loudon obviously doesn’t consider scarring his body with a tattoo on his upper left arm a sin.

  • Kevin greene

The loudens are what is wrong with this country. Their closed minded thinking and hypocracy has destroyed our freedom of expression. Their cowardly act by hiding behind their attorneys speaks volumes of their idealism. People like this is why the republican party should be afraid for the survival of their party

  • Kevin greene

Thank you jeremy. I meant to bring up the tatoo in my last post. Once again how hypocritical

  • Rich

I am an open minded man, if you want to get high, do it. If you want to go nude, what ever. BUT if it were not for our Constitution you off the wall people would not have the rights you now enjoy. I served my country in the military for over 20 years so please don’t harp on me about “what do I know”. I was ok with the show until Mr Envy uttered those words, did anyone really hear them, or care? He said something about “your precious Constitution when talking to Mrs. Loudon. It’s his too! These are the people destroying all I fought for and all my children hope to have. It’s like people have blinders on. They only want what’s good for them, not this country or God for that matter.. I already have given up a lot for this country, but I will give more, what ever it takes. What have you given? TAKE TAKE TAKE! (Care of me)! Take care of yourselves!

This definitely was a bad example of a Christian family. Christ did not die on the cross so that we could try to shove God’s Word down the throats of unbelievers. I absolute was disgusted by the way both the Loudon wife and husband acted toward the other couple. We are commissioned as Christians to spread the Word to the world… what non-believers choose to do with it is their choice! You do not have to agree with a person’s lifestyle to respect them as people. I absolutely DO NOT have any respect for the Loudons. I think that Satan can use even people that claim to be Christians to attack other people and shove them further away from God. God is LOVE, and this “Christian” family DID NOT even attempt to show the Envy family ANY LOVE!!! Disgraceful! I will keep the Loudon family IN MY PRAYERS!

The Loudens didn’t participate in this show properly. You are supposed to be able to follow the rules switch for a week. It is just one week out of your lives – then you can return to be the close-minded people you are! Just because YOU and YOUR family believe in a certain way doesn’t make it right. Isn’t that why everyone loves America? – because it is a melting pot of all kinds of different people, religion and idea’s? Well the Loudens set America back about 200 years – that family should have been around when there were slaves cause they are just as close-minded as people were back then!

  • DD

People, people. I’m a bit dissapointed that most of you have fallen for the evil edit that the Loudon’s were given. I’ll admit, they probably ARE pretty judgemental and a wee bit self-righeous. BUT, I do believe that there was a LOT that we didn’t see out of the conversations that were aired. You know, the same way the media will “piece” words together in order to manipulate the tone. This is only the second time I’ve seen the show (due to stupid basketball). I find it awfully suspicious that this is the second time, in a row, that there is a Christian v. Progressive. And both shows characterized the Christians as horrible people. I don’t think this was by accident that they were able to find two horrible Christian families. This is ABC folks – they have an agenda just like everyone else out there today.

Both families were strange. I thought there were opportunities to learn on both sides. It wasn’t until Mr. Loudon put $250 in the box so he could preach to Angela that I got offended. It reminded me of the days when people used to pay money and buy their salvation. Then he hid behind his religion by saying he didn’t think the Envys’ lifestyle was bad but it’s what the Bible said and that he wasn’t a homophobe. Sounds like a homophobe to me.

I don’t particularly agree with a polyamarous lifestyle either but it’s their life and it’s not mine to question. The Loudons are complete hypocrites. Talking about America’s freedoms yet dont believe the Envys should be able to live as they choose. The Loudons can tout their guns–machines that kill people but the Envys can’t live as they choose? Okay.

America,we’re a mix of everything. As our Nation evolves things like this float up and are at our for front of viewers. Opinions vary, but one thing is clear ‘we aint the old America..

@ Mandi – amazing reply. I am not Christian but I have been to many services with close Christian friends and have always found Christians to be the warmest and kindest people. I always felt inspired to live a better life and be kinder and warmer in turn by their example. Growing up some of my best memories come from these interactions. I was in disbelief when I watched these fake Christians. They said it in the first 5 minutes – we are Christians we believe in Jesus Christ. Then they used his message to humiliate, belittle and torment – with those children bearing witness to it all. I dont agree with the Envy’s choices for myself but it seems to currently be working for them and of both families their children seemed more genuine, content and stable. I feel sorry for the Loudon children how badly will they be bullied at school when their crazy parents act like that on national television, then pretend that THEY are the victims – I think that the woman actually said she was abused? That seems like a tactic that is used by so many of those media types. How disgusting.
