Apparently FX is really letting Charlie Sheen take the reins on his new show “Anger Management”, because in his opening for the show, he really blew away Chuck Lorre and “Two And A Half Men”. This isn’t the most shocking thing he’s done and we kind of expected it considering that it’s Charlie Sheen we’re talking about here. He doesn’t exactly ever hide how he feels about anything, does he?
The actor wasted absolutely no time in taking a proverbial jab at his former bosses. Charlie, who plays a therapist on the new show, was ranting in a session about quitting instead of getting fired. He said, “You can’t fire me, I quit! You want to replace me with some other guy? Go ahead! It won’t be the same… You think I’m losing? I’m not. I’m …anyway, you get the idea.”
Do you think this is the only opportunity Charlie will use to take a stab at his old show? Or will he do that continuously like they did with his character’s death on the show? Is this immature as far as revenge is concerned, or were you expecting him to give them some sort of backlash for his firing?
