It’s Finals week on Dancing With The Stars and we’ll be covering the show live, in its entirety — from start to finish with our up-to-the-minute recap!
The competition is fierce as the top three contenders all compete for the Mirror Ball Trophy, which will be awarded tomorrow night!
Left in the competition are Rob Kardashian, Ricki Lake and J.R. Martinez, all trying to dance away with the coveted prize. We’ve already given you the heads up on what they’re dancing and the numbers to call in and vote. We’re excited to see who’s going to dance the best tonight — and who’s good enough to win the competition.

Dancing first are Ricki and Derek, doing their Cha Cha. Len said it was a dance deserving of this final. Bruno said there was a slight lack of fluidity, but it was fantastic. Carrie Ann said Ricki lived the dance. Scores: 9-9-9 = Total: 27/30
Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke are up next, doing their Waltz. Bruno said he just messed up some of the footwork on the cross-overs, but it was very good. Carrie Ann called him the male version of Cinderella. Len said he had good posture and it occasionally got a bit heavy. It was simple, but it was simply beautiful. Scores: 9-9-9 = Total: 27/30
Last up in the first round is J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff, doing their Cha Cha Cha. Carrie Ann said everybody loves J.R., but his musicality was a bit off. He needs to watch his arms and she knows he has it in him. Len said it was brave that he did a lot of the dance solo. He said this dance wasn’t that good and there were a lot of mistakes. Bruno said he really liked the mood he set and he was intense when he played with Karina. He said the character was “on it”. Scores: 8-7-9 = Total: 24/30
Round Two: Freestyle Dances:
Ricki and Derek are up first in round two, doing their Freestyle dance. NICELY DONE! Len said overall it was well done. Bruno said that was the most demanding of dances with the combination of the Salsa and the Quickstep. Carrie Ann said she loved how they did it fluidly and effortlessly. Scores: 9-9-9 = Total: 27/30
Rob and Cheryl are performing their Freestyle next. It started off slow, but with a nice quick ending. Bruno said it was a brilliant performance and execution. Carrie Ann said she was blown away. Len said Rob gave his all and his family should be proud. Scores: 10-10-10 = Total: 30/30
J.R. and Karina are performing their Freestyle last and they’re doing a Salsa inspired routine. They look like they are having a blast with the lifts and the entire routine. Carrie Ann got up and danced and said congratulations. Len said they have Karina’s body and his talent. Bruno said he was a wild animal and it was an exotic experience. Brilliant! Scores: 10-10-10 = Total: 30/30
