Drake, Chris Brown & Nightclub Sued By Model Over Bar Brawl

A male model by the name of Romain Julien has launched a lawsuit at Drake, Chris Brown and WiP nightclub after a brawl there left him injured in June. The French model was caught in the middle of the fight and says that he will never be a hand model.

According to the documents, Romain said that he suffered a severed tendon in his right hand during the fight. Sources revealed that the trouble at the club began when Drake and Chris Brown were both in the VIP area and Drake sent Chris a sarcastic note. It read, “I’m f***ing the love of your life.” Of course, we all know that he was referring to Chris’ ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, who was said to be dating Drake at the time.

The lawsuit revealed, “During the altercation, plaintiff, who was sitting at a separate table, was caused to be severely injured” in his hand from “glass-caused lacerations.”

He is being represented by David Jaroslawicz, who said that his client has already undergone surgery and may not regain the full use of his hand. In addition, he claims that the injury could cause his client’s career to be in jeopardy. He revealed, “For male models, having a cosmetic deformity is not something that enhances your career.”

The lawyer also said that Romain was “an innocent bystander. He was not dating Rihanna.”

Both Drake and Chris Brown have denied being at fault over the fight. A rep for the club said, “We will fully evaluate the claim once we receive formal notice and the particulars of the claim, and will respond appropriately.”
