Hulk Hogan is so miffed over the leak of his sex tape with Heather Clem that he’s planning on taking legal action. It was said that a former staff member of Bubba the Love Sponge’s leaked the tape onto the internet, but since we’ve learned that it might’ve actually been Bubba himself.
Now, we’ve learned that Hulk is filing a lawsuit against all of the parties involved in the leak. It was announced on Monday that the Hulkster is suing for $100 million against Heather Clem, her husband and Gawker.com for posting the explicit footage online.
According to TMZ, Hulkl said that he “had a reasonable expectation of privacy in his consensual, intimate activities in a private bedroom and reasonably believed that his privacy was safe and protected.”
His attorney went on to say that the taped footage was “illegal, outrageous, and exceeded the bounds of human decency.”
We agree, it was definitely not decent in any sense of the word.
