Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux don’t seem to be in any hurry to walk down the aisle together, but in the meantime, stories like this one are going to continue emerging on the internet. The duo has held off on making it official and some have speculated that Justin had cold feet, but we are now hearing rumors that they are still working out the details of their prenuptial agreement.
According to a new report from the Daily Mail courtesy of Celebitchy, we’ve learned that Jennifer and Justin are actually “haggling” over the details of their $110 million prenup. Reportedly, their prenup has a lot to do with her residual earnings from her show Friends being on Netflix.
A source revealed, “The prenup is pretty much done. Jen won’t see any money from Netflix for about a year, so there has been back and forth about whether her earnings will be considered from during or before their marriage.”
The insider said that Jennifer obviously prefers the latter in the matter. From Us Weekly:
The two actors have different incomes. While Theroux makes about $75,000 an episode on his show The Leftovers (it is not known how much he makes from script writing), the ex-wife of Brad Pitt can make millions for just one film. The blonde Horrible Bosses 2 star also has ad deals with Aveeno and is a co-owner of Living Proof.
Though the two have yet to set a date, there has been talk that they want a ‘small beach wedding,’ another source said to UsWeekly.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux may eventually get married, but it doesn’t appear that either of them are gunning for that to happen any time soon. We’re guessing that if marriage was really that important to them, they would’ve just went and done it already. Jennifer has said in the past that she already feels married to Justin and that they were thinking about babies, but she has always been one to shy away from any accurate details about her personal life. Instead, she merely uses small tidbits in order to promote her latest movies.
