Jennifer Lawrence & Chris Martin Split Due To Busy Schedules?

While we may never know exactly what caused Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin to split, rumor has it that the actress and singer couldn’t really make a whole lot of time for one another because of their hectic work schedules.

It seems like a likely reason for the split, but there have been a lot of rumors and gossip surrounding this former couple ever since the news got out that they were dating. Rumors swirled that Gwyneth Paltrow laid the verbal smackdown on Chris with regard to their children’s involvement with his new romance. It was said that Gwyneth didn’t want Jennifer’s stuff laying around the house when the children visited and that she wanted to meet up with Jennifer prior to allowing the kids to be around her at all.

A short four months after the news was first made public about a possible romance between Jennifer and Chris and it has already been called off. A source close to the Coldplay singer said that their relationship had been “rocky” because of their “insane” work schedules. The spy revealed, “They really like each other, but it’s just so complicated with so much going on.”

Previous to the split, sources said, “It’s a fantasy come true [for her]”, adding that she has been harboring a crush on Chris since she was a teenager.

Perhaps their rather new relationship didn’t pan out because they were both rebounding from previous romances with each other. Earlier in the year, Jennifer and Nicholas Hoult broke up and in March, Chris and Gwyneth “consciously uncoupled”. Perhaps it wasn’t enough for them to stay with each other because neither of them were expecting anything from the other aside from a bit of fun?

Either way, Jennifer got herself a brand new umbrella with a nice little message on it for the prying eyes of the paparazzi. Tell us how you really feel!
