Jennifer Lawrence Doesn't Give Any Thought To Bullies

The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence says that she would like to tell her younger self not to worry about getting people to like her so much. Her advice to her former self would be just not worry about the BS and the bullies.

She said that she had to quit school at the age of fourteen-years-old because of bullies, but said that if she could go back in time, she would tell her teenage self not to let the bullies get to her. In a new interview, she said, “My advice to my younger self would be don’t worry about the b*****s. When you look back and see how much time to spent trying to get people to like you and trying to dress cool, you realize it doesn’t matter.”

She went on to say, “I changed schools a lot when I was younger because the girls were so mean. One gave me invitations to hand out to a party I wasn’t invited to. I hated school. I hated being inside, I hated being behind a desk. School just kind of killed me.”

She added, “I remember a lot of times, especially during math, when everyone got it except me and it made me feel stupid. It wasn’t until I left school that I was like, ‘Okay, I’m not that stupid.'”
