Jessica Simpson & Billy Corgan make it official? - PhotoJessica Simpson was spotted leaving her NYC apartment with rumored boyfriend and Smashing Pumpkins frontman, Billy Corgan.

Are their careers that down in the dumps that Papa Joe called in a favor to ask Billy to be seen with his daughter? I guess they’re getting the media’s attention, but I’m sure she’ll tweet about this soon and pull the Lindsay Lohan approach and call him a co-worker.
