Poor Jessica Simpson, she piled on 80 pounds during her pregnancy with daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson. This caused her to balloon up to a rumored 210 pounds total. After she popped out the kid, she inked a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers in order to lose the weight.
After all of that was made public, it was then suggested that Jessica was given a specific deadline in order to shed the excess weight. Weight Watchers wouldn’t do that to their spokesperson, would they? Jessica was said to have lost 30 pounds when she had Max, so, we’ve heard that she had given herself five months to shed 50 more pounds. Does losing ten pounds per month sound reasonable? Perhaps, but it doesn’t really sound that healthy at all.
Now, we’re hearing reports that Jessica is finding it hard to lose the weight. Jessica said, “For me, I really want to do something that is a lifestyle. In the past I’ve been known to yo-yo diet.”
A friend of Jessica’s spoke up about the fashion designer’s journey. The pal said, “She understands it’s a process” and that she is “working very hard and she’s excited.”
A rep for Weight Watchers is blasting the reports that Jessica is on a weight loss time schedule. The rep said, “Weight Watchers is in it for the long haul. We’re with her 100 percent as she develops a whole new relationship with food and activity.”
Do you think Jessica can lose the baby weight and achieve her goal weight, no matter what that is?
