Khloe Kardashian Dumped French Montana Because Of Lamar Odom

As you know, reality star Khloe Kardashian has parted ways with her rapper boyfriend French Montana after they dated for roughly eight months. She reportedly said that she called time on their relationship because he had gotten too needy for her and was basically clingy. He has already said in an interview that he wanted to capitalize off of their relationship as much as possible – so perhaps she finally woke up?

Despite what we may think, Kardashian says that she broke things off with Montana because she still isn’t over her husband Lamar Odom. TMZ reports:

Sources close to Khloe tell us … she ended the relationship, telling French she can’t emotionally handle it.

Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar back in December after the former NBA star’s long battle with cocaine … then started dating French in April.

We’re told Khloe felt she and French had gone way too far, too fast. He bought her a Jeep for her birthday.

She and French still get along and will hang out here and there … but that’s about it.

She basically doesn’t want to go from the frying pan into the flames with everything moving so quickly with the new guy. Also, we have heard reports stating that her family never really approved of her relationship with Montana, so that may also play into her decision.

We kind of knew that it would spell the end of their romance when Montana began speaking out about using Kardashian for her fame in order to push his career forward. He did come out and clarify the situation, but perhaps by that time it was already too late — the damage was done.

Still, we can’t see why she would want to go back to Odom. He cheated on her numerous times with many other women and even wrote a song about her (not a good one, either). You know what they say — love is blind.
