Kristen Stewart admitted to cheating on her boyfriend Robert Pattinson with her “Snow White And The Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders and now it appears that they will never work together ever again — if he wants to stay married, that is.
After the scandal broke, Rob was telling pals that he wanted to have a little chat with Rupert so that he could learn the truth of what happened between he and Kristen. Meanwhile, Kristen’s director pal Giovanni Agnelli defended her on Twitter, saying that she and Rupert never had actual sex. Since, we’ve learned that Rupert’s wife Liberty Ross has forgiven him — but apparently that comes at a certain price.
She reportedly issued a ban on working with Kristen in the future, as a main condition of their reconciliation. A source said, “Liberty let it be known in no uncertain terms that Rupert can’t direct the sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman. They are trying to work things out after he was caught having an affair, and that is one of the sticking points. She just doesn’t want him to ever work with Kristen again. Rupert is obviously disappointed because Snow White and the Huntsman was his directorial debut, and he had hoped on building on that with a follow-up after some decent reviews.”
We can’t really blame Liberty for wanting to steer them apart from each other. They may not have had sex, but they did apparently have some sort of deep connection with each other and that’s enough to cause the breakdown of some marriages.
