Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized in New York last night when she began suffering from a lung infection that turned painful. She was said to be complaining of a case of walking pneumonia for a few weeks, but ended up going to Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York when it became unbearable.
She was seen by a doctor who prescribed her with some antibiotics and was discharged afterward. Then she made way to her hotel room so that she could recover.
Earlier this month, Lindsay said that she was suffering from walking pneumonia during the filming of her Lifetime movie “Liz & Dick”. She said that she could not film her role in “Scary Movie 5” due to the illness. A source revealed, “Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings. Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work. She is under contract, so to get out of it, she had to prove that she was sick. She tried to prove she has walking pneumonia.”
Despite her health problems, she ended up filming the part alongside Charlie Sheen.
