Lindsay Lohan’s Probation Revoked

Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked

Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked during her hearing this morning. As we’ve guessed, she was too busy chasing around Max George from The Wanted to even show up. Her lawyer, Shawn Holley, was there and the judge in the case set her new hearing for January 15, 2013.

At that time, the court will decide whether or not Lindsay will do jail time in the case. She was charged recently with lying to police officers, obstruction and reckless driving — all stemming from her accident with a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in June.

Reportedly, she could land herself in jail for a whopping eight months. But — as far as we’re concerned, she is only really likely to do eight days because of overcrowding she’s a celebrity.

Her last judge, Stephanie Saunter, said that all Lindsay had to do was not break the law. Otherwise, she would have to serve out the remainder of her jail sentence, which adds up to 245 days.

Should she have to do jail time? More importantly, WILL she do jail time? Hit the comments and let us know what you think.
