Matthew Perry And Lisa Kudrow Wanted Friends To Last Longer

Matthew Perry and Lisa Kudrow became famous for the show that we all know and came to love, Friends — but the two have their regrets. One thing is for sure, both of them wished that the show lasted longer.

The duo said that they wished that they had spoken up and tried to fight for more seasons of the show when it ended its run in 2004. Apparently ten seasons wasn’t enough for them? The show made every one of them a household name.

Perry and Kudrow, who played Chandler Bing and Phoebe Buffay, respectively, began to get nostalgic while chatting on Piers Morgan’s talk show. Perry was acting as a guest host for the late night program and he admitted that he would’ve liked to see the show go on.

He said, “I find myself reminiscing about how much fun the show was, how many hours we worked and how much we laughed. And If I had a time machine, I would like to go back to 2004 and not have stopped… In that meeting where we all went, ‘Let’s stop’ I would have probably said, ‘Hey, let’s not stop.'”

Kudrow added, “If it were up to us, you know, individually, then yeah. I would keep going. We had a lot of fun.”
