Michael Clarke Duncan Dead At 54

After suffering from a myocardial infarction in July, Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away on Monday morning. He was a mere 54-years-old. Sad. MCD was mostly known for his role as John Coffey in “The Green Mile”, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination as well as an Academy Award nod.

His fiancee Omarosa Manigault was in the hospital with him, but had left him with her mother for a short time frame. When she returned, he had passed away suddenly. His rep said that he never fully recovered from his medical issues from July. It was at that time that Omarosa performed CPR after realizing his symptoms, potentially saving his life. She called paramedics and he was taken to the hospital where he stayed in the ICU.

His rep said, “Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.”

Omarosa said in a statement, “I am devastated. He was the love of my life.”

May he rest in peace. Such sad news. He really was a great actor and his death is certainly untimely. RIP. Our most sincerest condolences go out to his family and friends in this tough time.
