Congratulations would be in order for Jennifer Aniston and her fiance Justin Theroux if we ever took any stock in the steaming pile of horse crap that is “OK!” magazine. The tabloid reports that Jen and Justin have run off and tied the knot in a secret ceremony. How lovely — if it were true.
The magazine reports that Jennifer and Justin walked down the aisle at a farm in New York. Jen reportedly recalled that it was the “best day” of her life. In addition, the tabloid claims to have the low-down on why Jennifer is taking Justin’s last name. Does she want to be known as Jennifer Theroux? Most celebrities take their husband’s surname legally, but for entertainment purposes retain their maiden name. She was never known as Jennifer Pitt so why start now?
In addition to the BS that they’re reporting on Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, the magazine also has the details on the $15 million estate purchased by George and Amal Clooney. It still sounds weird to say Amal Clooney, doesn’t it?
Did Kate Middleton make an emergency stop at the hospital? We were all under the impression that she was doing better following the severe morning sickness from which she was suffering. Lastly, the magazine has the scoop on Jill Duggar’s crazy birthing plan. As you may know, she is expecting her first child with her husband Derick Dillard.
Will you be picking up this issue of the magazine? What draws people to pick up this nonsense — especially when so much of it is made up just for selling magazines? We all want Jennifer Aniston to finally get her happy ending, but tabloids making it up as they go along just won’t usher in the process at all. What do you think?
