Olivia Palermo has teamed up with the accessories label Aspinal of London. Palermo has agreed to design a limited-edition tote bag to support AdCam, a non-profit charity that develops cooperation projects and social responsibility initiatives in Kenya.

The Marylebone Tech Tote is a take on Aspinal’s roomy Marylebone tote, but is embedded with the technology to charge an iPhone or an iPad. Only 30 pieces will be created and the bag will arrive in March 2015. The tote will sell for 995 pounds, or $1,512 based on current exchange rates.

“Working with Aspinal and having them lend their support to AdCam … has been a stylish and meaningful experience,” Olivia Palermo said.

Palermo has been a longtime supporter of the AdCam charity. The group is known for backing women artisans and primary education in the Masai Mara region of Kenya.

Proceeds from the Marylebone Tech Tote will go to fund a brand new school in the region.
