Rihanna Denies Coachella Cocaine Rumors - Video

Rumors surfaced that Barbadian singer Rihanna was doing cocaine while enjoying the Coachella Festival over the weekend. The singer attended the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California and was blasted on social media for what appeared to be cocaine use. Despite what her fans may have thought, she wasn’t doing cocaine at all.

Check out the video below:

Rihanna can be seen in the above video hanging out in her hotel room with a dancer who is obscuring the camera’s view of her. After the dancing girl moves from the view of the camera, we see Rihanna pinching her nose together. Some have merely assumed that she was doing cocaine, but as it turns out, that is not the case.

Rihanna denied the cocaine reports on Twitter, saying, “”Your lame a** got some f**king nerve!!! Any fool could se (sic) that’s a joint that I’m basing with a cigarette. Who tF snorts tobacco??!! FOH witcho ‘never been to a rodeo so someone squeezing their nose means they’re doing coke’ lookin a**!!”

Oh snap.

I guess we can’t really blame her for not wanting people to think that she is snorting cocaine. She has never been one to deny that she is doing marijuana, so why would she start lying about her drug use now? Either way, two days ago she took to her official Instagram account to mock her detractors.

She shared the below photo of herself sipping from a can of Coke and captioned it “#petty”:

In 2012, the singer faced similar backlash at the Coachella Festival when rumors surfaced that she was doing cocaine off of her bodyguard’s head. She lashed out, telling the media that the reports were completely fictitious.

She opened up about the April 2012 cocaine scandal in the pages of Vogue magazine. She told the publication, “They knew what it was. They knew it was marijuana. It was completely clear to them. I just thought it was uncalled for. I don’t do cocaine. I don’t like being associated with anything that’s untrue.”

And there you have it!
