Sabrina Bryan Expected 'Dancing With The Stars' Elimination

When Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel scored a perfect 30 points for their Rumba on Monday’s performance episode, no one expected that she would be this week’s casualty. No one but her apparently.

It was a shocking elimination, considering that she wasn’t anywhere near the bottom of the leaderboard. In a new interview, she said, “It’s tough, you know what I mean? It just feels like déjà vu, when are we gonna wake up from this nightmare? But at the same time, last night was incredible. It was so amazing. It was such an experience and I feel so grateful to even have this chance on the show again.”

She also said that she knew when she walked down the stairs that it would be her last trip down them. She said, “Still, no matter what, this journey is amazing.”

In other “DWTS” related news, Derek Hough is still suffering from a neck injury. His partner Shawn Johnson said, “Derek’s at a doctor’s appointment right now. He’s taking the week to rest up, get every doctor to look at him and kind of look things over. Mark is stepping in for rehearsals right now. Derek will still be there to choreograph and kinda oversee, but Mark will be doing the movement. And then, depending on the injury, depending on how he feels, it’s up in the air as to whether he’ll be on the show Monday or not.”

She added, “If anybody were to step in, it’d be Mark. I love Mark and I love Derek. I cheated on Mark the first time, now I’m cheating on Derek. It’s kind of a weird triangle going on.”

Get well soon, Derek! Were you shocked that Sabrina was eliminated so early?
