Scarlett Johansson Hacker Sentenced To Ten Years In Prison

Back in September 2011, Scarlett Johansson became the unfortunate victim of Christopher Chaney’s shenanigans. She had taken some super racy photos for her then-husband Ryan Reynolds and he put them out there for the entire planet to see. We were the first to put those photos into the gossip sphere (you’re welcome) and now it appears that Mr. Chaney is certainly paying for his crime. [Editor’s note: We had to remove them or risk getting a lawsuit slapped against us by Marty Singer.]

Couldn’t people get together a donation for this guy to hire a lawyer? (We kid, I think…)

TMZ reports that Christopher has been sentenced to ten years in the slammer for showing off Scarlet’s tatas to the world:

36-year-old Christopher Chaney pled guilty to 9 felony counts back in March — including identity theft, wiretapping, and unauthorized access and damage to a protected computer — after hacking into the celebrity email accounts … and dozens of others.

During the sentencing, Chaney — who was arrested in October 2011 — was also ordered to pay $76,000 in restitution to ScarJo, Christina Aguilera, and “Still Standing” actress Renee Olstead.

But 10 years is a walk in the park — Chaney was originally accused of hacking into the email accounts of 50 victims … including dozens of celebs … and faced 121 YEARS if convicted on all counts.

Is his punishment just? What do you think?
