Demi Lovato has revealed that she’s been a cutter since the tender age of eleven!

In her new 20/20 interview, she talked about her recent trip to rehab, where she was treated for cutting, bulimia and other emotional issues.

Demi called cutting, “A way of expressing my own shame, of myself, on my own body. I was matching the inside to the outside. And there were some times where my emotions were just so built up, I didn’t know what to do. The only way that I could get instant gratification was through an immediate release on myself.”

During the interview, Lovato also says she takes “100 percent, full responsibility” for attacking her back-up dancer Alex Welch last year … saying, “I feel horrible, [She] was my friend.”

Lovato says she hopes her story can “open up the eyes of so many young girls” who are fighting the same issues.

Kudos to her for opening up about her story!

Rehabbed Disney starlet Demi Lovato is going to be opening up to Good Morning America and 20/20 in a weekand a half in her first post-rehab interview.

Since entering rehab, she has stayed out of the spotlight, only emerging once in an online video to thank fans for their support. Now, she’s ready to speak out about her troubles and what led her to rehab in the first place.

She has already recorded the interview session with ABC’s Robin Roberts and it’s set to air on Good Morning America and 20/20 in about a week and a half. Robin has commented that she was “moved by her honesty” and that Demi is “very open, wonderful”, adding that “she looks great and is very happy.”

Good for her. We do love a success story!

Chris Brown cannot say that he’s sorry enough. Maybe so for Tila Tequila and some hordes of his rabid fans, but it’s not enough because he’s not seeming to take any real responsibility for his actions.

Chris’ crybaby-fest is happening on tonight’s “20/20″, but will you be watching? I won’t. Are we going to have to hear about the abuse nonstop until they’re both done promoting their records?

Rihanna was partying it up in Las Vegas over the weekend after giving her explosive interview to “20/20″. She was sent an expensive ($10,000!) bottle of champagne by Jets player Braylon Edwards, but sent it back!

After hanging out at The Bank at Wonderland in L.A., she received the bottle of bubbly, but sent it back. She said that it was because she didn’t know who he was.

A source said, “She didn’t know who they were, so she sent it back.” According to his rep, after that he introduced himself and ended up chatting her up.

Maybe they’ll be the next hot couple???
